Tuesday in Holy Week
THE HOLY EUCHARIST
Tuesday, March 26, 2024
Welcome to the Monastery Chapel. We warmly invite you to participate fully in our worship.
The service begins in silence.
Opening Acclamation
Presider Blessed be the God of our salvation:
People Who bears our burdens and forgives our sins.
Confession and Absolution of Sin
Presider God of all mercy,
People we confess that we have sinned against you, opposing your will in our lives.
We have denied your goodness in each other, in ourselves, and in the world you have created. We repent of the evil that enslaves us, the evil we have done, and the evil done on our behalf. Forgive, restore, and strengthen us through our Savior Jesus Christ, that we may abide in your love and serve only your will. Amen.

Your financial gifts support the Brothers’ life and our ministry to many, here at our Monastery in Cambridge and at our rural Monastery, Emery House, in West Newbury, and others whom we reach electronically and in our travels on mission.
A Note about Holy Communion
Please refrain from intinction (dipping the Bread into the Chalice). If you wish to abstain from receiving from the Chalice, remember that the Church catholic has always taught that the fullness of the Sacrament is received even when only one form is received.
Please indicate to the Brother administering Bread at Holy Communion if you require a Gluten-Free host.
Post-Communion Hymn The great Creator of the worlds Hymnal 489
Prayer after Communion
Presider Faithful God, People may we who share this banquet glory in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, our salvation, life, and hope, who reigns as Lord now and for ever. Amen.
