Peace Home for the Elderly- Karunalaya Peace Home for the Elderly- Karunalaya (doc : 13-09-06 karunalaya v 2) At Peace Village, Doddamaralwadi , Bangalore (55 km via Kanakapura Road, Harohalli) At this time, with small nuclear families, it has become extremely burdensome on working adult children of the aged to look after them - especially in their last bedridden days - like a hospice. Most people have moved from villages and small towns to city small apartments with no space to accommodate the elderly. With both husband and wife working, they have no time.

I, Rishi Prabhakar, wish that the whole of SSY big family and other well wishers, build a care home for our elders during their last days.

At Maralwadi peace village, we have nice Annapoorneswari temple with daily Annaprasad, lake, green surroundings, a school, ( a Sai Mandir and Raghavenddra Swamy Temple is also proposed ), a hospital with Doctors and lots of loving sadhaks to serve.

I Can arrange for a trust for Elderly care and free land.

You are invited to participate in your own way as a Trustee, well wisher, volunteer, donor of rooms, collector of well wishers.

Inform elders you meet who feel like being a burden to their children and want to pass their life in peace in a peaceful loving sanctified environment ( like a Rishikesh, just outside Bangalore).

One can choose the kind of service and facility for their elders.

Much of the beds will be available on voluntary donation basis as a Karunalaya with a high quality service for all.
