Florida Area Alumni Chapter Reception on March 5, 2022 in Port St. Lucie

The Annual Florida Alumni Chapter Reception is a favorite among alumni living in and traveling to the Sunshine State. The event rotates between the west coast and east coast. And traditionally, we reserve and sell out more than four dozen tickets to a Spring Training Game. This year the MLB and the MLB Players’ Association ownerimposed lockout thwarted that, but it didn’t affect our Terrier Spirit. The event was held on Saturday, March 5th and began with a celebration of Mass at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. Just prior to the start of Mass, Diocese of Brooklyn transplant, Father Victor A. Ulto welcomed Prep’s Principal, Bro. Leonard Conway and Alumni Director, Bro. Robert Kent. (See photo on the next page.) Following Mass, the reception was held in the spacious parish hall with 30 alumni in attendance! Special thanks to our hosts Joanne and Bill Dunn ‘59!
