PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN We provide childcare and Sunday School for newborns through 4th-grade children. Register all children in the East Passage. Activity kits are at the Welcome Center for children who remain in worship. Room 126 is equipped for nursing moms, including live streaming of worship.

YOUNG ADULTS Join us for coffee and cookies outside Robertson Chapel following the 9:30 & 11AM services.

GIVING UPDATE To date, our stewardship campaign has raised 3,470,000 with 1,024 pledges submitted. That puts us at 78% to our goal with $989,000 left to raise. We are so happy with this progress but would love to reach our goal by the end of the year. If you still plan to submit your pledge card, please consider making that commitment this week!

LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE | December 21 • 7PM • Chapel Rev. David Williamson will lead a special service on this longest day of dark hours. From that day forward it gets a little lighter each day. Join us as we reflect together on the hope Christ brings to us all. We will place luminaries from doors one and six to the Chapel. Please stop by a table in the West Passage on either Sunday, Dec 10th or 17th, to put the name of your loved one on a luminary bag.

CHRISTMAS CLASSICS CONCERT & DESSERT BUFFET | December 20 • 7PM • Robertson Chapel “Swing” in the season with Christmas classics! JoySwing Jazz Orchestra, vocalists from our Contemporary Worship Team and the Honors Choir from Raymond Park Middle School will take us down memory lane as we share clips from favorite holiday movies. Buffet opens at 7PM, concert at 7:30PM; join us for great music, sweet treats and seasonal fellowship!

MIDDLE SCHOOL WINTER OVERNIGHTER | December 22/23 • 7:30PM – 7:30AM • Luke’s Lodge 5th-8th graders – bring your friends and celebrate finals being over. Worship, teaching, jump session at SkyZone and baking cookies at 3AM. Cost is $30 for everything. Register at stlukesumc.com.

NEW YEARS’S EVE LABYRINTH WALK | December 10 • 10:45AM or 12:15PM • C115 Take 30 minutes to review 2017 and prepare for 2018. Walking the labyrinth is the perfect way to slow down and contemplate. If you are new to labyrinth walking, brief introduction is provided. Please enter through Door #1.

HIGH SCHOOL SKI RETREAT | February 16 – 18 • Beechpoint Christian Camp, MI The Winter Retreat is being planned and we need to know who wants to shred the slopes! $185 – $230. SECURITY UPDATE In the near future, door #4 will be open for access to W125 and the restrooms. To gain further access into the building during weekday office hours, press the buzzer into the hallway and someone at the front desk will let you further into the building. After 5PM, please use door 6. Seven new handicapped parking spaces are also now available outside of doors 6 and 7.

SERVE… ANGEL TREE MINISTRY Visit the Christmas tree in the Gathering Area and West Passage to learn how to purchase gifts for a family or youth who will join us December 17 for Christmas shopping. Place an ornament on the tree to represent the individual(s) you are supporting.
