PRELUDE Be Thou My Vision | arr. James Curnow Jim Butz, Trumpet; Michael Conley, Piano

WELCOME & INVOCATION Rev. Jevon Caldwell-Gross (8:15, 9:30AM) Mindie Moore (11AM)

* HYMN God of the Ages | No. 698 (4 verses)

* RESPONSIVE LITANY Rev. Eric Burton-Krieger Leader: God, today we acknowledge that faith is a call to journey with you. But we confess that at times the road ahead seems long and difficult. All: Nevertheless, give us strength to find a way forward. Leader: We are encouraged and challenged that this journey is not one that we can take by ourselves. Yet, you call us to share the road with people from all walks of life. All: Nevertheless, give us strength to find a way forward. Leader: This journey may be filled with detours and obstacles. There will be moments when this will not go as planned. All: Nevertheless, give us strength to find a way forward. Leader: Give us wisdom to know when it’s time to rest and when our bodies and souls need to be refueled. All: Nevertheless, give us strength to find a way forward. Leader: Free us from the need to idolize the destination and help us remember to enjoy every stage of this journey. Because it is here that we find you. It is here that we find joy. All: Lord, help us to enjoy the ride.
