Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in our third annual Dream Keepers panel discussion. This gathering of justice-thought leaders will explore the ways in which King’s call for equity and anti-racism translates to economic, educational, political, and community development initiatives today. MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION INTRODUCTORY CLASS JANUARY 17 OR 24 FROM 6-7PM • NORTH INDY – N101 Scott Sweet will be hosting an Introductory Class that provides an overview of what the 8-session Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes will cover. CONFIRMATION CLASS JANUARY 29 - MARCH 12 All students grade 7th and above who are active participants of St. Luke’s are invited to this 6-week Confirmation Class. The goal of Confirmation is to confirm faith in God and desire to follow Jesus Christ with their whole heart and confirm membership at St. Luke’s. We will cover how to use the Bible, the history of the Methodist church, elements of church, and how to discover and share our gifts with the church. Students will be Confirmed on Sunday, March 19.
