CHRISTMAS CONCERTS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3 AT 7:30PM (SOLD OUT) SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4 AT 4PM (SOLD OUT) SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4 AT 7:30PM St. Luke’s Christmas Concerts are a favorite tradition for thousands of St. Lukers and their friends. The concerts feature our 140+ member Chancel Choir, the St. Luke’s Orchestra, New Song women’s chorus, Contemporary Worship Singers, Wesleyan Ringers handbell choir, Children’s choirs, pipe organ, and special guests, Carmel High School choirs. Come enjoy a moving Christmas Concert that is fun for all ages! This is a free event, but registration is required due to capacity limitations. The concerts are offered in-person and online. JOYSWING JAZZ CHRISTMAS CLASSICS CONCERT WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15 AT 7PM • ROBERTSON CHAPEL & ONLINE Come ce le brate the se ason at the JoySwing Christmas Classics Conce rt, a jazzy musical tribute to Jesus. The JoySwing Jazz Orchestra will provide a lively setting for praising the coming of the savior. The concert is offered free of charge but a free-will offering in support of St. Luke's charitable partners will be taken. LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE TUESDAY, DECEMBER 21 AT 7PM • ROBERTSON CHAPEL & ONLINE Navigating the Christmas se ason during grie f can be hard. Join us for a se rvice of hope on the day each year that we have the least hours of sunlight, the longest night. This service symbolizes a move out of the darkness and is for anyone who has had a loss of any kind at any time in their life. Grief is a journey that no one can put an end date on. CHRISTMAS OUTREACH ANGEL TREE Every year, we come together to be angels for others by sponsoring and supporting hundreds of children and their families with Christmas gifts and household items. There are three ways you can be an angel: You can sponsor a child by purchasing gifts, volunteer for a gift-wrapping and sorting shift, and you can give a donation to support our Angel Tree mission. OPERATION COOKIE DROP Join us on Saturday, December 18 from 9:30-11:30AM in the Fellowship Hall to decorate cookies and deliver them to those you love and want to love on this holiday season. All the supplies you need will be provided; we just need YOU to help us spread the joy. If your family is participating in Angel Tree, this would be a delicious way to add some extra love. GET CONNECTED ELDERBERRIES (55+) CHRISTMAS PARTY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2 • 11:30AM Join us for a fun-filled Christmas party! We’ll gather for a fun meal (menu is TBD) all made by Chef Joesph. CHARGE CONFERENCE SUNDAY, DECEMBER 5 • NOON The Charge Conference takes place annually to approve nominees for leadership roles, establish salaries for pastors, and review accomplishments in ministry for the past year. Open to the congregation. Lunch will be served beginning at 12PM in Fellowship Hall. The program begins at 12:45PM in Robertson Chapel. SPECIAL NEEDS CHRISTMAS LUNCH SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12 • 12PM The Special Needs Ministry will be hosting a pizza luncheon along with cookie decorating and Christmas activities! YOUTH ALL NIGHTER DECEMBER 17-18 This awesome event will be a fantastic time for 5th-12th grade students to celebrate the end of finals and the beginning of winter break.
