Following is the story of St. Martin's for the school year 19561957. Pictured here are the students and staff in their broad array of activities which have constituted the pattern of our school life. Fond memories, moments of gl ory, spiritual reflections, true friendships, sincere achievement, coupled with the gaiety and frivolity of youth are all 'silhouetted' in the different sections of this book.

This record of the school year just past, is, at the same time, a prologue as well. In the future, you, the students, will look to this as your beginning. The beginning, in the sense that along with the basic academic knowledge you have gained,
