Dear friends,

You might be an Owner, Trainer, or Rider—possibly you’re all three—and so we would like to let you know the commitments we’ve made to get to the place Stable View now occupies in the Hunter and Jumper world. From requesting upgrades of ‘B’ to ‘A’ show dates during COVID to weekend ‘A’ show dates that offered over $250,000 in prize money, we have tried to do the right thing for a sport you love.

As most will know, we probably have the deepest, most diversified portfolio of Eventing competitions. Via our seven Eventing Academy Schooling Horse Trials and fi ve Recognized Horse Trials, Stable View offers eventers a year-round calendar that’s unmatched. As a USEF-sanctioned Elite Training Center, we are in a constant state of improvement to be considered one of the best horse show venues in the country. Adding in Dressage, where month after month Stable View invites some of the best Judges in the U.S. to Aiken, we believe we offer a comprehensive training and competition program for discerning riders.

Hunters and Jumpers, however, have made us think differently! They have encouraged us to be more creative about thoughtful infrastructure, generous hospitality, the reduction of fees (and fees and more fees), and greater prize money (approximately $550,000 this year!). We have excellent Attwood Equestrian Surfaces featuring GGT-Footing in all arenas, large modern, airy stalls, Rider Lounges stocked with snacks and beverages, comfortable and shaded spectator seating, and consistent food and retail vendors.

Our entry prices are at the lower end of most venues. We did not increase entry prices in the new year and we have made an effort to eliminate added costs associated with H/J shows in 2023. In March, all Stalls are free. At each subsequent show, Stalls reserved in multiples of fi ve will earn a sixth stall at no additional charge. While each show will offer prize money, the Fall Finale in November will present $100,000 in additional prize money available to rider and horse combinations that have entered fi ve of the eight shows.

In addition, Stable View does not charge for Day Parking, Office Fees or Grounds Fees! We strive to create a world-class show environment that encourages fellowship and fun. We are grateful that you are here. Please let us know how we are doing.

Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF Rule Book will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.

Sanctioning by SCHJA, NCHJA and GHJA.

Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above, Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage Competitions, Endurance Rides and Vaulting Competitions: (See GR828.4 of the Federation rules). Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A non-member may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, or agent, at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a Show Pass fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (exception: Friesian performance FR231) and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Competitions. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.

The Horse Show Management reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to or arising out of, or incident to the show without claims for damages or recourse of any kind. All questions not covered in these Rules and Regulations shall be decided by the Horse Show Management; its decision to be final.

The Horse Show Management reserves the right to limit entries in any class, section or division, to refuse, accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualify any riders or exhibitors, prohibit exhibition of entries, and cancel award prizes, without any claim for damages; to change any course, to add a dotted line, to cancel or combine any unfilled classes, or to reschedule classes, after due notice to exhibitors; to change rings or rotate judges; to change specifications in jumper classes as competition warrants. Every horse entered herein for competition will be under the control of the Horse Show Management, but the Show Management will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur, and it shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold the horse show and facilities at which the horse show is held blameless for any loss or accident to his horse(s), employee(s), or equipment which may occur from sickness, fi re or other cause.e.

THIS SHALL BE A CONDITION OF ENTRY TO THE SHOW OR SHOW GROUNDS.

Current USEF rules relating to drugs and medications will be enforced. Each horse entered must pay the $15.00 USEF Drug/Medication Fee plus an $7.00 USEF fee. (Total $23.00 USEF Fee). Each horse entered will also be required to pay the USHJA Zone Support fee of $2.00. While every effort has been made to avoid mistakes in this publication, USEF, Stable View LLC and its management and/ employees assume no liability to anyone for errors. Any significant errors or changes will be disclosed to competitors whose entries are accepted upon their acceptance, and otherwise in accordance with USEF rules.

Credentials: ALL EXHIBITORS IN ANY PONY, JUNIOR HUNTER OR AMATEUR SECTION MUST PRESENT THEIR CREDENTIALS (MEASUREMENT CARD OR AMATEUR CERTIFICATION) TO THE SHOW OFFICE BEFORE THEIR NUMBERS CAN BE RELEASED. Kindly send a photo copy of credentials with entry to facilitate processing. All horses or ponies without a valid measurement card will be measured at a designated time and place.

Amateur exhibitors not able to present valid Amateur Credentials will be required to join the Federation. Only a parent will be exempt from the Federation non-member fee if signing as coach for his/her minor child..

Horse Registrations: All horses competing in Federation non-breed restricted licensed competitions with hunter, hunter breeding, jumper and hunter seat equitation classes (except those activities enumerated in GR901.9, items 1-9) must be properly identified and must obtain a Registration Number from USHJA. A registration number for each horse must be entered on all entry forms for licensed competitions. Proof of registration must be presented to the Show Secretary before numbers can be released. To be eligible for National, Regional or Zone Horse of the Year Awards, and to enter a USEF Computer Ranking List Class horses must also be registered with the USEF. Exception for USEF Computer Ranking List: Citizens of other nations who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own National Federation need not have USEF Registration.

Coggins Test: South Carolina state law requires that each horse be accompanied by a negative EIA certificate dated within one year.

Entries: Entries must be submitted online via HorseShowsOnline.com. NO PHONE, FAXED, MAILED or EMAILED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Exhibitors are responsible for their own errors and those of their agents in preparation of their entries. A late fee of $25 per horse will be applied after the start of the competition. All accounts must be settled within 60 days of the end of the competition. A processing fee of $100 plus collection fees will be charged for all non negotiable checks.

Stalls: Permanent 12 X 12 stalls of wood/metal construction with doors and matted flooring. Stalls are $200 per week. Premium Stalls including turnout paddock with automatic waterers are also available at a cost of $250 per horse or pony. Stalls and paddocks will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please e-mail: hjoffice@stableviewfarm.com for reservations. All extension cords used in the barns must be a minimum of 10’ in order to reach an outlet at each stall. Sharps and Medical waste must be disposed of in sharps container available in the barns. Night Check Services provided, rate included with Stall Fee.

Motorized Vehicles/Golf Carts: Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.

The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

The parent(s), legal guardian(s), or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Chapter 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.

Protective Headgear: Protective head gear, properly secured, must be worn BY ALL RIDERS AT ALL TIMES WHILE MOUNTED, anywhere, anytime on the show grounds. Headgear for all riders must meet or exceed ASTM Standards; must carry the SEI tag; and be properly secured by a harness per USEF rules.

Ticketed Warm-Up: Tickets may be purchased in the Horse Show Office and are good for one Round of eight jumps. $25 charge per ticket.

Non-Showing Horses: All non-showing horses MUST be registered in the office, show a negative Coggins and proof of EHV 1/4, and be assigned a back number. Nonshowing horses that are NOT stabling will not be charged a grounds fee.

Prize Money: The owner of any horse/pony exhibited in classes where prize money is awarded MUST provide a social security number or Federal ID number on the entry form. Prize money will be credited to your show account. Any overages will be mailed within 30 days of check-out. In the event of unauthorized redeeming of a check, Stable View, LLC. will provide check copies to exhibitors and will be held harmless from the collection process.

Dogs: Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards pursuant to rule GR 301. Failure to maintain your dog, under control, as defined here, will result in a $100 fine assessed to the owner. In addition, pursuant to facility regulations, loose dogs will be removed by animal control, from the show grounds, at the owner’s expense and impounded.

Animal Welfare: We require that all horses be treated with kindness, respect and compassion and should never be subject to mistreatment. Owners, trainers, riders and grooms, or their agents must use reasonable care in the handling and treatment of their horses whether owned or placed in their care for competition or for any other purpose. At all times, while the horse is on the show grounds, we will provide for the continuous well-being of the horse by vigorously enforcing the rules of the USEF which pertain to the welfare of the horse. USEF rules defi ning policy regarding abuse and use of whips will be strictly enforced. No poling, use of bamboo off-set or excessive use of the whip will be tolerated. The well being of the horse must be considered above the demands of the breeders, trainers, riders, owners,

dealers, organizers, sponsors, or offi cials. Violators may be subject to penalties pursuant to USEF rules.

In the event of an acute and serious injury to or illness of a horse on competition grounds when the owner or trainer of the horse or agent of the owner is not present, after reasonable effort to contact that individual has been made, competition management, in consultation with a licensed equine veterinarian, may authorize the provision of emergency veterinary treatment of the horse. If competition management so authorizes treatment under the provisions of this rule, competition management and veterinarian are not liable for any resulting costs, damages, losses, claims or actions arising directly or indirectly from the treatment of the horse.

Electrical/Fire Regulations: All electrical installation and connections must meet all state and county codes. Aisles shall be maintained clear for a minimum of six (6) feet wide by eight (8) feet high. No obstructions or projections shall be allowed in these aisles. No Class I Flammable liquids such as gasoline are allowed inside the buildings. Cooking is not permitted within the stable area. Anyone found in violation shall be subject to dismissal from further participation in the horse show without recourse.

Parking: Fire regulations prohibit all vehicles, including trailers, vans and passenger vehicles from being parked in the stable areas. Vans and trailers will be allowed in the stable area only to load or off-load. PARKING AREAS WILL BE DESIGNATED AND VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT OWNERS EXPENSE.

Ring Sizes: All outdoor footing is Attwood Equestrian Surfaces featuring GGT-Footing, a EuroTex water dependent silica sand mixed with felt and fiber. The Covered Ring is 300’ x 250’ (footing is a dust-free Pinnacle polymer-coated silica sand with fiber. Main Arena is 250’ x 300’, Hunter Arena is 265’ x 140’ and Tree Arena is 300’ x 250’.

Schooling Rules: Must have back number to participate in schooling. Schooling is permitted only during the Show Dates as follows:

Covered Arena - Open for General Warmup for those Jumpers not immediately competing. Hunter Ring (adjacent to Covered Arena) - Open for Schooling Jumpers.

Grand Prix Ring (Main Outdoor Arena) - No schooling. Hacking allowed in the morning up to 30 minutes prior to the start of competition.

Silva Ring - Open for Schooling Jumpers up to 30 minutes prior to show time.

Joannah Glass Arena - Open for Schooling for Hunters prior to competing.

Tree Arena - No Schooling.

Lunging only in the designated lunge area (on grass). Schooling outside of Show Date hours is at the rider’s own risk.

Liability: Stable View Equestrian Center, their offi cials, and employees will not be responsible for any accident or loss which may occur to any exhibitor, spectators, guest, rider, groom, attendant, other employees, animals, or equipment at the events. All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents, their horses, or their dogs. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events, and to keep that policy up to date..

Photo Release: By signing the entry form I agree to waive the right to the use of my photos/ videos at the competition and grant Stable View Equestrian Center and its agent’s full use of any and all competition photos and video.

Hunter and Equitation classes will receive ribbons through eighth place. All sections with three or more classes will receive champion and reserve Awards. Jumper Awards follow USEF JP110. Ties involving first place in the jumpers will be jumped off. Ties not involving first place will be decided upon time unless otherwise stated. A starting order will be automatically generated by computer System. Management reserves the right to use a dotted line in any hunter or equitation class.

Fall Finale $100,000 Bonus Qualifi cations & Prize Distribution

In order to qualify for the year-end $100,000 bonus, riders must compete in at the appropriate Division(s) in at least five of the eight shows in the 2023 series. Scoring will adhere to USEF points rules, with bonus prize money allocated as follows:

$50,000 distributed between Grand Prix and Welcome Stake combined. Points from both classes will count toward the jumper bonus. 1st place will receive $25,000, 2nd place will receive $15,000, and 3rd place will receive $10,000.

$40,000 distributed across the following Hunter Divisions: $20,000 Professional Hunter Rider; $5,000 Junior Hunter Rider; $5,000 Amateur Hunter Rider; $3,000 Children’s Hunter Rider; $3,000 Adult Hunter Rider; $2,000 Low Children’s Hunter Rider; and $2,000 Low Adult Hunter Rider. Paid out to three placings per division.

$10,000 distributed across the following Jumper Divisions: $5,000 Junior/Amateur Jumper Rider; and $5,000 Child/Adult Jumper Rider. Paid out to three placings per division.

Scores and standings will be announced following each show. Final payments will be made at the conclusion of the November Fall Finale. Riders competing in classes with prize money offered $25,000+ must register 24 hours in advance of the class.

HUNTER SPECIFICATIONS

All Hunter classes will be held in accordance with USEF Rules and Zone 4 Specifications.

Hunter Over Fences

To be shown over approximately eight fences at the required height. To be judged on performance and soundness unless otherwise noted.

Hunter Under Saddles

To be shown at a walk, trot and canter. Light contact with the horse’s mouth is required. May be asked to hand gallop at the discretion of the judge but no more than eight to gallop at one time. Martingales not permitted. Green and non-rated hunter sections will not be asked to gallop.

Model Class

To be shown at a walk and trot on the line; to be judged on conformation, way of moving and soundness.

Hunter Champion and Reserve Champion

To be awarded to two of the four horses scoring the most points over fences, in addition, only these will receive full points for ribbons won under saddle and half points for ribbons won in the model.

Courses

Hunter courses will simulate fences found in the hunting field such as brush, wall, in-and-out, oxer, post and rails, gate, aiken, bank, coop, and panels. Management reserves the right to adjust fence heights or spreads as competition warrants.

Hunter Sections with less than eight entries may

be cancelled or combined.

OUTREACH SECTIONS

The USHJA Outreach Program has been established to engage and connect Hunter and Jumper riders, trainers and horse owners with the USHJA by providing the opportunity to participate in USHJA branded classes and competitions, to earn points toward year-end rewards and awards, and to earn the chance to participate in the prestigious USHJA National Championships.

USHJA Outreach Competitions and Classes provide the opportunity to earn national recognition in classes from walk/trot to 3’0” in Hunter and Equitation sections and .60m-1.20m in Jumper sections at rated and local shows.

Any rider may compete in Outreach Hunter, Jumper and Equitation classes, but riders wishing to earn points and national recognition must be a USHJA free Outreach member or any other USHJA member category.

Competitors with a USHJA free Outreach membership or any other USHJA member category will be eligible to earn year-end awards and rewards in Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation. Rewards for competing in any USHJA Outreach Class (Hunter, Equitation, Jumper) will be based on total points earned. Riders achieving a Bronze, Silver or Gold point level will be eligible to redeem their points at year-end for items of their choice: USHJA logo wear; Bronze, Silver, or Gold Outreach ribbons; or Outreach medallions.

USHJA STIRRUP CUP YEAR END AWARD PROGRAM

I.MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1.Horse owner, rider and trainer must be Active/Competing members of USHJA and USEF. Membership must be active on or before the first day of competition as outlined in the USEF rulebook.

2.Horses must be recorded with USEF and be registered with USHJA.

3.The competition year is December 1 to November 30.

II.POINTS

1.Hunter and equitation points will be based on the current increment system for Regional I (B) and Regional II (C) rated competitions established by USEF.

2.Jumper points will be based on the current increment system for Level 1 and Level 2 rated competitions.

3.Only points earned at Regional I (B) and Regional II (C) USEF-licensed competitions, and points earned at Jumper Level 1 or 2 rated competitions will count for this award program. Points earned at National and Premier competitions, and Jumper competitions rated higher than Level 2 will not count toward this program.

4.If a Regional I or II competition offers any Hunter A or Jumper Level 3 and above rated sections, which are tracked by USHJA Standing, then the competition will not count toward USHJA Stirrup Cup points.

5.Points can only be obtained in states within the owner’s home zone, which is determined by the owner’s USEF point state. Points accumulated from a contiguous state or country will not count toward the Stirrup Cup Year End Award Program.

6.In order to receive a Stirrup Cup Year End Award, the horse must have earned points at a minimum of three shows.

7.Year End Awards will be given to the top six in each section in each zone.

R e c r e a t i o n a l R i d i n g P r o g r a m – The Thoroughbred Recreational Riding Incentive Program (TRRIP) is designed to recognize and reward Thoroughbred owners and riders that enjoy recreational riding or driving on a regular basis. There are prizes associated with each hour level, beginning with 25 hours.

C h a m p i o n s h i p s –The Jockey Club hosts an all Thoroughbred Championship Horse Show with championship divisions for Hunters, Jumpers, English Pleasure, Dressage and Western Pleasure. T.I.P. offers championship awards for eventing at the United States Eventing Association's American Eventing Championships.

Y o u n g R i d e r a n d N o n - C o m p e t i t i o n P r o g r a m s – T.I.P. offers a Young Rider of the Year Award and a Youth Ambassador Program as well as a Thoroughbred of the Year Award which recognizes a Thoroughbred that has excelled in a non-competitive career, such as equine-assisted therapy or police work.

DESTINATION: Aiken, South Carolina

Recognized by Southern Living magazine as the “Best Small Town” of 2018, Aiken, South Carolina grew in popularity in the late 1800s as a “winter colony” sanctuary for northerners who sought a warmer climate for their personal health, and horseback activities. Equine enthusiasts quickly recognized the benefits that the region’s natural footing provided underhoof, and a booming training ground was born.

Today, Aiken has evolved into a year-round destination for riders across many disciplines, and attracted spectators seeking the thrill of flat races, steeplechase, and polo. Birders will find plenty to do in between outings, and no doubt spot many feathered creatures along the way. The quaint downtown and adjacent historic horse district hosts many hot spots, from dining and entertainment to culture and shopping. Even with it’s equestrian appeal, Aiken is known for its many pet-friendly establishments and entices all animal lovers.

When it comes to swinging through town, Southern Living summed it up well: “One word of caution: Some of Aiken’s visitors have been known to come for the weekend and never leave, so you shouldn’t pack light.”

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

For and in consideration of United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. dba US Equestrian (“USEF”) allowing me, the undersigned, to participate in any capacity (including as a rider, driver, handler, vaulter, longeur, lessee, owner, agent, coach, official, trainer or volunteer) in a USEF sanctioned, licensed or approved event or activity, including but not limited to equestrian clinics, practices, shows, competitions and related or incidental activities and ________________________________(“USEF Event” or “USEF Events”); I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors,, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this Agreement (the “Agreement”):

A. RULES AND REGULATIONS: I hereby agree that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all applicable Federation Bylaws, rules, and policies including the USEF Safe Sport Policy and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP) as published at www.usef.org, as amended from time to time.

B. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK: I knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the sport of equestrian and know that horseback riding and related equestrian activities are inherently dangerous, and that participation in any USEF Event involves risks and dangers including, without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury (including broken bones, head or neck injuries), sickness and disease (including communicable diseases), trauma, pain & suffering, permanent disability, paralysis and death; loss of or damage to personal property (including my mount & equipment) arising out of the unpredictable behavior of horses; exposure to extreme conditions and circumstances; accidents involving other participants, event staff, volunteers or spectators; contact or collision with other participants and horses, natural or manmade objects; adverse weather conditions; facilities issues and premises conditions; failure of protective equipment (including helmets); inadequate safety measures; participants of varying skill levels; situations beyond the immediate control of the USEF Event organizers and competition management; and other undefined, not readily foreseeable and presently unknown risks and dangers (“Risks”)

EQUINE ACTIVITY LIABILITY ACT WARNING:

CAUTION: HORSEBACK RIDING AND EQUINE ACTIVITIES CAN BE DANGEROUS. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Under the laws of most States, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

C.ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that the aforementioned Risks may be caused in whole or in part or result directly or indirectly from the negligence of my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the USEF Events, or the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties defined below, and I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all such Risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses that incur as a result of my participation in any USEF Events. also agree to be responsible for any injury or damage caused by me, my horse, my employees or contractors under my direction and control at any USEF Event.

D.WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: In conjunction with my participation in any USEF Event, I hereby release, waive and covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the following parties: USEF, USEF Recognized Affiliate Associations, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), USEF clubs, members, Event participants (including athletes/riders, coaches, trainers, judges/officials, and other personnel), the Event owner, licensee, and competition managers; the promoters, sponsors, or advertisers of any USEF Event; any charity or other beneficiary which may benefit from the USEF Event; the owners, managers, or lessors of any facilities or premises where a USEF Event may be held; and all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers of any of the aforementioned parties (Individually and Collectively, the “Released Parties” or “Event Organizers”), with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss, or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) of any kind or nature (“Liability”) which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in the USEF Events, including claims for Liability caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties.

E.COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues and no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND KNOW IT CONTAINS AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE AND WAIVER FROM LIABILITY, AS WELL AS A HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS.

By signing below, (as the participant or as the Parent/Legal Guardian of the minor identified below) hereby accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in connection with my (or the minor’s) participation in any USEF Event. If, despite this Agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf or the minor’s behalf, makes a claim for Liability against any of the Released Parties, I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any such Liabilities as the result of such claim.

The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
