Red Mojito It’s a mojito as you know it, but with added fire. Malibu Red turns the temperature up on this classic cuban cocktail.

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50-60 ml) Malibu Red ½ lime ½ part (25 ml) simple syrup 7-10 mint leafs Soda water

How to mix the drink: Stir all the ingredients on rock ice in a highball glass. Top off with soda. Garnish with mint leafs.


Zesty Shrimp Cocktail Prep time: 25 minutes Ready in: 2 hours Servings: 10

Ingredients 1½ pounds fresh shrimp Ÿ ketchup 2 tablespoons orange juice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

7 Directions: 1. Peel and devein shrimp. Cook shrimp in lightly salted boling water for 3 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque, stirring occasionally. Rinse in a colander under running water; drain again. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. 2. For sauce, in a small bowl whisk together ketchup, orange juice, vegetable oil, horseradish, salt, and cayenne pepper.


Red Cola Danger We know the secret to a good party - cola and lime, amped up with a fiery hit of Malibu Red.Â

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu Red 2 parts (100 ml) cola 1-2 lime wedges

How to mix the drink: Stir all the ingredients on rock ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.


Cranberry-Barbecue Meatballs Prep time: 15 minutes Ready in: 4 hours Servings: 16

Ingredients 2 16-ounce packages frozen cooked plain meatballs, thawed 1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce 1 cup barbecue sauce

9 Directions: 1. Place meatballs in a 3/12- or 4-quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Pour over meatballs in cooker; stir to coat. 2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 21/2 hours. Serve meatballs with toothpicks.


Grapefruit Margarita A classic mexican cocktail with added fire – Malibu Red collides with grapefruit, lime and syrup for a cocktail that sizzles.

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu Red 2 parts (100 ml) orange juice 1 splash (10-20 ml) of grenadine 1 orange wedge/zest

How to mix the drink: Stir all the ingredients on ice in a rocks glass or blend with ice in a mixer for that perfect margarita.


Deviled Eggs Prep time: 25 minutes Ready in: 10 minutes Servings: 12

Ingredients 6 Hard-Cooked Eggs Âź cup mayonaise 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1 teaspoon vinegar Paprika or parsley sprigs

11 Directions: 1. Halve hard-cooked eggs lenghtwise and remove yolks. Set white aside. Place yolks in a small bowl; mash with a fork. Add mayonaise, mustard, and vinegar; mix well. If desired, season with salt and black peper. Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture. Cover and chill until serving time (up to 24 hours). If desired, garnish with paprika and/or parsley.

Drink Ingredients 2 parts (100 ml) Malibu 1 part (50 ml) coconut cream 1 part (50 ml) pineapple juice Fresh pineapple wedges

How to mix the drink: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Malibu and coconut cream. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.


Vegetable Dill Dip Prep time: 10 minutes Ready in: 8 hours 10 minutes Servings: 16

Ingredients 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon dried dill weed 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 tablespoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon Beau Monde™ seasoning

15 Directions: 1. Stir the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, onion, parsley, and Beau Monde™ seasoning in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Serve with veggies.


Cranberry Lemonade Add a shot of Malibu original rum to cranberry juice and lemon soda for a refreshing sparkling summer cooler.Â

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu 3/5 parts (30 ml) cranberry juice 1 ½ parts (70 ml) lemon soda

How to mix the drink: Pour the ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lemon.


Cream Cheese Filled Strawberries Prep time: 30 minutes Ready in: 10 minutes Servings: 18

Ingredients 18 large fresh strawberries 1 cup cold fat-free milk 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping Âź teaspoon almond extract

17 Directions: 1. Remove stems from strawberries; cut a deep X in the top of each berry. Spread berries apart. 2. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and almond extract. Pipe or spoon about 5 teaspoons into each berry. Chill until ready.


Island Cosmo Add a shot of Malibu original rum to cranberry juice and lemon soda for a refreshing sparkling summer cooler.

Drink Ingredients 1 part Malibu 1/3 part Absolut Citron 1/3 part Lime Juice ½ part Pomegranate Juice

How to mix the drink: Shake on rock ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange and lemon zest.


Strawberry Marshmello Fruit Dip Prep time: 25 minutes Ready in: 1 hour Servings: 16

Ingredients 4 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese softened 1 cup marshmallow crème 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait Greek Fat Free strawberry yogurt ½ cup chopped strawberries15 fresh strawberries, stems removed, cut lengthwise in half 30 pieces cut-up melon and grapes

19 Directions: 1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow crème, yogurt and strawberries with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. 2. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve dip with fruit.

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu Island Spiced ½ part (25 ml) Coconut water 1 part (50 ml) Ginger beer ½ part (25 ml) Orange juice 1 orange slice

How to mix the drink: Stir all the ingredients with ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.


Broccoli-Onion Dip Prep time: 10 minutes Ready in: 2 hours Servings: 16

Ingredients 1 pouch Campbell’s Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix 1 container sour cream 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained Assorted fresh vegetables or chips

23 Directions: 1. In medium bowl, combine soup mix and sour cream. 2. Add broccoli. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips for dipping.


Iced Tea There’s nothing better than ice tea to cool you down after a hot summer’s day, and this one’s even better with added Malibu Island Spiced rum.

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu Island Spiced 1 part (50 ml) Iced tea 1 part (50 ml) Lemon juice 1 lemon wedge

How to mix the drink: Pour all the ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.


Marinated Olives Prep time: 10 minutes Ready in: 8 hours Servings: 8

Ingredients 1 pound drained kalamata olives 12 drained pimento-stuffed olives 12 drained pickled jalapeno peppers ¼ cup tequila ¼ cup lime juice 2 tablespoons orange liqueur ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon orange zest 1 teaspoon olive oil

25 Directions: 1. Stir together all ingredients. Chill for 8 hours.


Spiced Fruits Fruit and spice and all things nice add Malibu Island Spiced to cranberry, pineapple, and orange juice and shake it up!

Drink Ingredients 1 part (50 ml) Malibu Island Spiced 1 part (50 ml) Cranberry juice ½ part (25 ml) Pineapple juice ½ part (25 ml) Orange juice 1 orange slice 1 cocktail cherry

How to mix the drink: Fill a highball glass with ice and pour all ingredients. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cocktail cherry.


Nutty Stuffed Celery Prep time: 15 minutes Ready in: 10 minutes Servings: 8

Ingredients 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon half and half ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon seasoned salt ¼ teaspoon curry powder 4 celery ribs, cut into 4-inch peices ¼ cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts

27 Directions: 1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill mixture until ready to serve. 2. Spread mixture on celery pieces, and sprinkle with peanuts.
