PRODUCT CERTIFICATE The TÜV Product Service, in accordance with the Product Certification procedure, only certifies those products and processes that comply with a set of standards pertaining to child safety, both in their design and in the materials used to make them, in accordance with standard EN 1176. -Includes the GS mark for “Safety Tested”. -Requires factory inspections and a corporate quality management system. -It is published on TÜV’s Web site, where it can be downloaded with the following link: https://www.tuev-sued.de/industry_and_consumer_products/certificates -Covers mass production. -Authorises the use of the TÜV mark on the certified product. - The product certificate lists the parameters and measurements of the certified models. –Comprehensive requirement of product documentation (schematics, instructions, technical information, floor plans…), it requires the precise definition of the certified product and it further requires instruction manuals and procedures. -Requirement to guarantee replacement parts.

Search Procedure: The only way to demonstrate that the attached certificate in guarantee to the future users pertains to the manufacturing processes and not only to a particular set is by visiting TÜV’s official Web site at the following link: https://www.tuev-sued.de/industry_and_consumer_products/certificates Following two easy steps: 1) To search all certificates for a specific manufacturer: type “playing equipment” in the first search field and “start again with data base” in the second field and then click “go” Here you will see all of the manufacturers who have been certified by the TÜV Product Service agency. Then you can select the desired manufacturer, in our case “Galopin Parques, SL”, and drop down all the different certificates issued for said manufacturer. 2) Search by certificate number: in the first search field type in the certificate number provided by the manufacturers, and which should be featured on the documents evidencing said certification, then type “start again with certificate number”, into the second field and click “go”.

(product certification requires the precise definition of the product model to be certified as well as the inclusion of instruction manuals and procedures). -Does not require the guarantee of replacement parts. NOTE: The Compliance Certificate should not be accepted for mass production and the only recognised certificate for the production of children play equipment according to EN 1176 would be the Product Certificate.
