Membership Rates Full Facility Memberships Full Facility Membership allows you unlimited use of the four YMCA of Orange County fitness facilities (Central Orange Coast YMCA, North Orange County YMCA, Saddleback Valley YMCA and South Coast YMCA). You can enjoy many and you receive six free guest passes a year. If you choose to participate in our fee based programs you pay reduced member rates. Group Swim Lessons The YMCA has been teaching people to swim for over 100 years. Students learn stroke development, personal safety, personal growth, water sports and games, and rescue. We have classes for all ages and abilities taught by certified instructors who make every lesson fun. Our swim lesson program is unmatched in demonstrating and teaching character values, which include caring, trust, respect, responsibility, citizenship, and fairness. Every camper will have the opportunity to participate in the rags and leathers program, daily campfires, special events and developmentally appropriate program activities. All of our resident camps are co-ed.

Camp Arbolado Campers will participate in canoeing, target sports, high and low ropes courses and mountain biking. Ages: Campers grades 3 - 8 and CITs (Counselors In Training) ages 15 - 17 Dates: Session 1- July 9 - 16 Session 2- July 16 - 23 Location: The San Bernardino Mountains near Jenks Lake. Campers sleep in cabins. Fees: $403

Camp Oakes Located near Big Bear Lake. Activities include horseback riding, target sports, high and low ropes courses and mountain biking. Ages: Campers grades 3 - 8 and CITs (Counselors In Training) ages 15-17 Dates: July 23 - 30 Location: The San Bernardino Mountains near Big Bear Lake. Campers sleep in cabins or 3wall Adirondack cabins. Fees: $475 Camper / $465 CIT
Catalina Adventures at White's Landing Catalina Adventures campers will spend 4 days on the ocean kayaking, on the trail backpacking or mountain biking across the beautiful Santa Catalina Island. While on the trail, campers will cover a vast majority of the island or the waters just off the edge of the island. Strenuous program includes nature exploration, outdoor cooking, snorkeling spelunking and more. Campers will learn wilderness camping skills and leadership development through the small group environment. Following the adventure on the trail, campers will participate in target sports, ocean swimming and the ropes course at Camp White's Landing. Campers sleep under the stars. Program enrollment is limited to 12 campers per session. Session1: Campers grades 6 - 9 July 24 - 30 Session 2 and 3: Campers grades 9 - 12 July 31 - August 7 August 6 - 13 Session 4 and 5: July 24 - 30 July 31 - August 7 August 6 - 13 Fees: $645 per camper.
Camp Whittle Spend Labor Day Weekend at Camp Whittle near Big Bear Lake, campers of all ages may choose from horseback riding, crafts, swimming, petting zoo, archery, hikes, campfires and more. All meals and program included. Dates: September 3 - 5 Fees: Adults and Youth 12 and older $129 Youth 8-11 $90 Children 4-7 $70 Children 0-3 FREE
High Sierra Camp Take your family to High Sierra Camp, only minutes away from the newly renovated Mammoth Mountain Village. Choose to stay at camp and enjoy the low ropes course, hiking, Frisbee golf and other camp activities or put your feet up and relax surrounded by the majestic beauty of the High Sierra. Families may also enjoy the many attractions close to High Sierra Camp, such as: Devil's Postpile, June Lake,Yosemite, Bodie Ghost town, horseback riding or Mono Lake. Scheduled group activities are also in the program. Breakfast and dinner is served daily, lunch provisions are provided for families to pack-out. Dates: July 23 - 29 Fees: Adults and Youth 12 and older $199 Youth 8-11 $172 Children 4 - 7 $95 Children 0 - 3 FREE
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of half of the camper fee is due upon enrollment. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to departure for camp. Resident Camp Fees include transportation from the Orange County area.
Transportation Transportation is provided to the mountain camps via chartered bus from the Orange County area. Catalina Adventure campers will depart from Orange County.
Aquatics Aquatics Disclosure: There are no make-up classes unless the YMCA cancels a class. No refunds after class has started. If you need to cancel or transfer any class prior to class start date, there will be a non-refundable $20 cancellation fee deducted from the program cost.
Private & Semi-Private Lessons The YMCA offers one-on-one and twoon-one instruction for all ages and ability levels. Whether you have no previous water experience or would like training for an upcoming competitive event. Participants may register at any time for their first session. Ages: All ages welcome! Youth Sea Lions Swim Team Swimmers will be taught basic training principles and strategies necessary for personal development within the competitive environment of swimming. They are also given the opportunity to swim as part our competitive team that competes in the So. Cal. YMCA Swim League and the U.S.A. Summer Swim League. Our head coach, Craig Bluell, has over 25 years of education in stroke development and technique. Ages: Under 18 Dates: Summer (June-August) Fall (September-November)

Water Polo Youth now have a fun, non-competitive place to learn the basics of Water Polo. Participants learn treading, passing, and shooting techniques as well as rules and etiquette. New classes form monthly. Surf Lessons Youth interested in learning or improving surf skills in a fun atmosphere. To join youth must be able to pass swim test in the ocean. New classes form monthly. Masters Swim Program This class is designed to give adult swimmers specialized training to improve their swimming technique and conditioning as well as the tools necessary to make the transition from a recreational to a competitive swimmer. Traditional Program 11-weeks of summer fun in the sun and shade, in the pool, on our grassy playing fields, at the camp amphitheatre, on field trips, and more! Is your camper ready to try a new sport? How about advance to the next level of a sport? YMCA Specialty Day Camp programs have two goals in mind - skill development and character development. In just oneweek's time, campers learn the history, rules, equipment, skills, team play, and responsible sportsmanship of the sport of choice. All sports instruction is led by recognized professionals in the sport, with YMCA day camp counselors supporting skill development and leading character growth.

Careers/ Hands-On Learning Which career path do you see your child showing interest in… veterinary or construction? While both are very different from each other, there is one similarity you can count on - a week of Veterinary Camp or Construction Camp at the YMCA will be full of interactive projects and learning new skills from professional leadership! Both camps are hosted in a safe and fun setting with YMCA day camp staff who will infuse the camp day with character development, and additional games and activities to keep the experience rich with learning!

Child Care,Y-Guides/Princesses and Youth Programs Licensed School Age Child Care For the times you can't be there yourself, it is reassuring to know the YMCA of Orange County supports your efforts to ensure your child's healthy development. Each YMCA Program Center is a licensed program and operates in accordance with Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing, Title 22. The YMCA programs operate under the guidelines of the National Afterschool Association (NAA), one of the most comprehensive accrediting agencies for school-age programs. The children participate in a balanced program of open play and structured activities while being supervised by well-trained and caring staff. YMCA Child Care programs are conveniently located on Newport/Mesa and Tustin Unified School District campuses. Ages: Kindergarten - 5th grade
Year Round Program The Before School Program begins at 6:45 am at most sites and is loosely structured for flexibility to allow for children arriving at varying times. The After School Program begins at school dismissal and continues until 6pm.
Full Days On days when school is not in session, child care is offered from 6:45 am until 6:00 pm. Full day program schedules vary with field trips and other planned activities. Register to attend before May 1 and receive an Early Bird Price for full day summer care. Session Fee: Take advantage of the year round pricing package! The low monthly rate includes before and after school program, school holidays, minimum days, winter and spring breaks and summer vacation. During the school year we also offer flexible part time options. Grant and scholarships available.
Y-Guides/Princesses Parents in the YMCA Parent-Child Program spend one-on-one time with their child in activities that build skills, character, and create life-long memories. Parent and child pairs meet regularly throughout the year for activities and events that include monthly meetings, weekend campouts, special events, and community service projects. This program is active October thru June. Ages: Pre K - 8th grade Fees: The annual fee of $130 includes a family community membership; additional children are $40/child. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

Youth Achievers Mentoring Program The Youth Achievers Mentoring Program pairs up Mentors and youth (5-8 grade) in a one on one relationship. Mentors not only engage in homework help and tutoring, they have the opportunity to teach mentees life skills and character education, guiding them toward long-term educational goals, providing valuable direction in the YMCA's afterschool enrichment programs. The Search Institute has found that a child having a caring adult in their lives (other than their parents) is critical in their development.
