You don’t have to fly to Japan to have a taste of the authentic sushi, everyone can now have a piece of it in the Philippines! In Philippine Primer Vol. 61 – April issue we will be raiding the small village of Japanese restaurants situated between Chino Roces and Amorsolo Street in Makati. It is the perfect place filled with bonafide Japanese tradition, food and design. Little Tokyo is a very popular dining destination amongst the Japanese residence in Makati that’s why we listed down some of our favourites when it comes to Japanese cuisine. As for our special feature, April is considered to be the newcomers’ month to the Japanese community and Philippine Primer prepared some of the Japanese know how when living in Manila. In this section, we wish to give our new Japanese readers an introduction and tips on how to live comfortably in the Philippines. Happy reading! –P.
