Ordering Information
1. How to place an order:
a. Email: sales@angelafaulkner.co.uk
b. Online: Please refer to the detailed instructions on the next page.
2. Carriage costs:
a. £150 and over free. Below £150: there is a cost of £4.95
b. Please note that you may order from both cards and gifts to achieve your combined order value
3. The order process:
a. When we have received your order we create a sales order
b. This is then picked and packed by our fulfillment house
c. At this stage we alter the paperwork so out of stock items are deleted and an invoice is created and put in with your order
d. DHL collect the order and deliver to your chosen address
e. Payment is required within 30 days of receipt of order, all products remain the property of Angela Faulkner until payment has been made.
4. How to pay for your order:
a. Bacs: account details are on your invoice and statement
c. We do not accept card payments or cheques, BACS only.

6. Spinner Stands:
Each pocket on all our display stands can hold all our card sizes.
Sizes available: 35 pockets, 42 Pockets and 72 Pockets
All stand sizes cost £100

How to place your order
First click on the Shop link at the top of the homepage.
In the Guest Area enter the word Ginger as the password and press GO
All the cards in our ranges are listed in the same order as the catalogue. To view, simply scroll down to the designs you require , hover over the image and click QUICK VIEW and then ADD TO CART to purchase.
Click the BAG Icon to review your order
Payment is not required at the time of ordering. You will be invoiced directly, with payment due in 30 days.
Check the value of your order is over £100 excluding VAT. Enter your business details and click “Continue”
When you are finished, just click “Place Order”
