ABOUT EACH OF US Maureen Stallé Principal, Licensed Broker Maureen began a successful career in sales for the Ralph Lauren Corp. in Chicago. After six years she parlayed her knowledge into her own custom window-treatment design business. After a move back to Wisconsin in 1996, Maureen began her career in real estate as the original and sole team member of The Katie Falk Team. In 1998 Martha Olla joined Maureen as an assistant and together they formed Stallé Realty Group. In 2007 they made their move to Shorewest REALTORS. Maureen and Martha grew to become a very successful team with consistent ranking of #2 or #3 in the company for 6 years culminating in the #1 Agent in the company in 2013 (out of 900+ Agents). In 2013, Maureen became the #1 selling agent in the history of Shorewest, selling over $32 million. In October of 2013, Maureen partnered with her husband, Rick Stallé and joined the largest real estate company in the country, Keller Williams Realty. Together they opened Keller Williams Realty Milwaukee-North Shore. Maureen is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Whitefish Bay Business Association and has served as a community volunteer for numerous civic organizations including North Shore Young Life, Duke Pride and The Whitefish Bay Ball. Maureen and Rick have three sons and live in Whitefish Bay. Martha Olla Partner, Licensed Agent Martha has been an integral part of the Stallé Realty Group since 1998. Beginning her career managing all the teams transactions, she has now transitioned into sales fulltime with expertise in all aspects of listing, selling, negotiating and finally closing contracts flawlessly and efficiently. Martha has been a lifelong resident of the North Shore, she and her husband Joe are raising their 4 children in Fox Point. Martha is passionate about serving others, volunteering at school and in the community. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a relocation specialist. Martha has a strong dedication to the Stallé Realty Group, as she and Maureen are SISTERS! Will Stallé Licensed Agent Will joined the world of real estate during the inception of the Keller Williams Office in 2013. For the first two years of the company, Will was on the leadership team onboarding and training all new agents. In January 2016, Will joined the Stallé Realty Group as a Buyer & Seller Specialist. Growing up in the North Shore of Milwaukee, Will has extensive knowledge of this area. His attention to detail and client first mindset are a great addition to the team. Meghan Stallé Director of Operations Meghan brings a mix of marketing, real estate and management experience to the team. She first started with Keller Williams as the Regional Operations Manager in Minneapolis. When she and her husband, Charlie, moved back to Whitefish Bay, Meghan joined her mother-in-law and the Stallé Realty Group to take on the overall management of the team.

To get your home sold for the most money in the least amount of time, we have to price it “in the market”.

PREPARING FOR CLOSING Closing 101 Prepare for It Closing day marks the end of your home-buying process and the beginning of your new life! To make sure your closing goes smoothly, you should bring the following: • A certified check for closing costs and down payment. Make the check payable to yourself; you will then endorse it to the title company at closing • An insurance binder and paid receipt • Photo IDs • Social security numbers • Addresses for the past 10 years Own It Transfer of title moves ownership of the property from the seller to you. The two events that make this happen are: Delivery of the buyers funds This is the check or wire funds provided by your lender in the amount of the loan. Delivery of the deed A deed is the document that transfers ownership of real estate. The deed names the seller and buyer, gives a legal description of the property, and contains the notarized signatures of the seller and witnesses. At the end of closing, the deed will be taken and recorded at the county clerk’s office. It will be sent to you after processing.
