2023 Summer Art Camps

We o er a wide range of arts activities for the whole family, including preschool story time; teen activities; youth ne art, theater and music classes and summer camps; and plays, musicals and concerts. Scholarships available for nancial need. Classes subject to minimum student sign up. Pre-registration is requested for all classes/camps.

Story Hour

Ages 2 to 7 years

Fridays for 10 weeks

June 9 through August 11 10 to 11 a.m.

Cost: $10/child or $25/family for all 10 weeks; $2/child or $5/family weekly

Includes stories, songs, crafts and puppets.

NATURE CAMP: “BIRD ADAPTATIONS”

Ages 8 to 13

Monday through Friday, June 19-23

Cost: $65

Enjoy a week of hands-on learning, writing, drawing, sculpting, crafts and exploring in this combined nature and art camp all about birds. Classes will be held from 9 a.m. to noon (9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday for the Bird Refuge Car Tour). Program for parents on Friday at 11 a.m.

Art Exploration Camps

(4 days in one week)

Monday through Thursday - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Art, music, crafts, theater, puppetry and science for ages 5 to 13 years. Di erent themes are o ered each session. Cost is $75 per student per session, family discounts and scholarships available. Each week ends with class presentation.

Session 1: June 12-15, “Enchanted Forest”

Session 2: July 10-13, “Trip to the Moon”

Session 3: July 31-August 3, “A Bug’s Life”
