Gift Guide:

White Elephants

image courtesy of school house electric

jenny gumbert December is a joyous time full of parties, food, presents and general merriment. Sounds great right? Well it starts out that way and then suddenly the barrage of invitations for various fetes come in and you become exhausted with the prospect of attending all of these soirees. It all sounds like fun until you realize all of the outfits that you have to pick out, the food you have to make (or buy at the grocery and

pretend that you made), and most difficult of all, all of the random gifts you must purchase. Those White Elephant and Secret Santa parties always pose a serious quandary: what am I supposed to buy for people that I barely know? I have a few suggestions that will not only serve as the perfect gift for any lad or lady, but are also under $50. You’re welcome.
