Step 1: Application

Application Process

Kindly submit the application form by scanning the provided QR code and include the supporting documents – the latest school report, previous school contact details (optional for Early Years), and a non-refundable application fee of THB 5,000 per child to the school.

Step 2: Assessment for Enrolment

Early Years: Students will be invited to attend a half-day trial session in an ageappropriate class to observe their development and growth, focusing on cognitive, physical/motor, language, social-emotional, and learning approach aspects. This session will help identify any additional support the child may need. Following the trial, a discussion with the Head of Primary School will be arranged to review the child’s experience at the school.

Year 1: Students will be evaluated based on their previous school report card and an informal interview with the Head of School to assess key areas such as communication, language, social-emotional development, and learning approaches. This helps determine if any additional support is required.

Year 2 – Year 13: Students will undergo an academic assessment that includes a review of their latest school report, a computer-based cognitive ability test, and a written English assessment. This will be followed by an interview with the student and a discussion with parents to review the child’s academic performance.

Step 3: Assessment Feedback

Within 24 hours of completing the assessment, the admissions team will provide feedback on one of the following outcomes:

• The school is pleased to support the child’s learning needs and is happy to offer a place at St. Andrews Green Valley.

• Further assessment (a trial day) is necessary to gain more insight before making a final decision.

• Regrettably, the school is unable to support the child’s learning needs, and a place cannot be offered.

Step 4: Enrolment

To secure a place once an offer is made, please complete the required admissions documents (Acceptance Letter, Safeguarding Form, Parent Agreement, Health Declaration, and identification documents for both student and parent). The enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of these documents and payment of the enrolment and tuition fees.

After the fees are paid, the school can assist with visa documentation support if required. Please note, however, that while the school provides full documentation support, parents are responsible for applying for the visa themselves.
