Well he kept his word and gave me the first shot at buying it but the timing was bad for me as I had just started a new job and was still in my probation period so I had to pass. Fast forward ten years and I was searching local Mustangs for sale and you guessed it, I found an identical car to the one I originally had a chance to buy. It wasn’t the same car but it is identical to it. So I showed my wife and we decided to see if we could make a deal and we did just that. We’ve had it for three years this Thanksgiving and it is such a joy to own. We both love it! It had 24,500 miles when we bought it and it now has 28,000 which is still very low for the year. We enjoy going on what we call Mustang runs with our local Mustang groups and have met a lot of great people

The motor was stock for the most part when I purchased it from my friend. I wanted to make it my own by adding some performance mods as well as a few cosmetic pieces to the motor. My overall vision for the Cobra was to have a fun, reliable street car while making decent power. In June of 2022, I added a Whipple supercharger and several supporting mods. All of the performance work was completed at D&G Racing in Macon, GA. Pro-Dyno in Fort Mill, SC took care of the tuning. My Cobra currently makes 568 WHP, which is perfect for what I want. I started my love for Mustangs in 1988 when I worked restoring all types of classic autos. Since then and through my 35 year career in fire service, I have owned all different Mustangs from my 1972 Mach I to my present Orange Crush. I bought “Crush” in April of 2022 and since then I have done several modifications to the car. It now has Borla exhaust, a convertible light bar, under hood dress up, and all the decals that are on there especially the semi colon which is my favorite which is for suicide awareness. In brief, a semicolon represents a sentence the author could have ended, but choose not to. Crush’s next mods are suspension, powder coating the wheels, and new tires.

After a long 10-12 year chase I finally acquired my bucket list car! I tried to buy this car on the first night I saw it and tried many times after until the her owner finally agreed to let her go! We had a gentleman’s hand shake agreement that I would have first option if he ever decided to sell and two summers ago I brought her home! It has approx 59xxx km on the clock and still smells like a new one. It has an extensive amount of mods from fuel system to a solid axle swap, K member, exhaust, and T56 magnum. It has been home to almost every twin screw supercharger made and once had a top of the line Hellion turbo set up! Now saving the best for last, it will see new Whipple in the upcoming year.

I was so excited that I was able to get one at a young age and my favorite body style at that. I’ve taken good care of it over the years especially after finding out that it’s a pretty rare colored car. I slowly became more involved with my local car community and doing lots of cosmetic modifications to it. As well as participating in car shows and going out to some car meets at night with my friends. This car definitely helped expand my love of Mustangs and has helped me meet a lot of wonderful people over the years. Hi there my name is Tamara Villagomez and I live in Manteca, CA. It was love at first sight. I found the car for sale online and went to get her one hour before they closed. I’ve had her about seven months now and what a fun car to drive too! She is always garaged but out on the weekends and sometimes I take her to work here and there. I have bought a new hood from Cervinis, a new intake, new differential, MSD ignition coils, SLP catback exhaust, McLeod clutch with Steeda cable, and SR Performance lowering springs with more to be done. My love for the Mustang comes from childhood. I could not see me with anything else. Competition Orange is a gorgeous color.

Sometimes it is hard to decide if I want to listen to music from the Dynavin 10 inch screen that is powering two 12 inch kicker comp speakers with the help of a 1200 watt amp or just turn it off and listen to the sound of the dual Corsa Performance catback exhaust. The exhaust sound usually wins that decision. Vudu Child is a huge part of the family and a collector of friends. Driving and owning this beast is joyful and gives a
