Mustang enthusiasts have asked for a magazine that has no ads, no sales pitches, and no bogus “fillers” to eat up space. They have asked for a magazine that is free, easy to access, and nothing but focused on Mustang pictures and content. They have asked for a magazine produced and written by Mustang owners. They have asked for a magazine that highlights the daily drivers and the average Mustang that is driven and is not a trailer queen. They have asked for the chance to one day have their ride, their group, their club, or their cause to be recognized in print or online. It is our absolute pleasure to meet these standards and to give you STANG Magazine. We hope that both our message and our image will be seen in every Mustang community out there. Thank you Mustang fans and enjoy your ride! -

DREAM CAR - 2021 MACH 1
EACH MUSTANG HAS ITS OWN STORY AND HERE IS MINE.
MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!
Many enthusiasts feel connected to the Mustang legacy, reflecting their passion for cars and the freedom of driving. Owning a Mustang was a deeply personal dream tied to memories, aspirations, and a love for cars. To me, it represents freedom, nostalgia, and simply a passion for cars; it’s an extension of my identity.
Each Mustang has its own story and here is mine. My passion for cars started when I was very young. It quickly grew between attending car shows, watching Fast and Furious, and Gone in 60 Seconds. The more research I did on cars growing up, the more intrigued I became about owning a Mustang. In 2021, Ford brought back the Mach 1, the most track-capable Mustang at the time; this and the car’s limited production inspired me to purchase a Mach 1.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I loved that car but acquiring this one reinvigorated my passion for car shows and events!
Modifications include a Whipple 3.0L Gen 5 Supercharger powder-coated gloss white with Whipple’s throttle body, cold air intake, oversized heat exchanger, tune by Lund Racing, Injector Dynamics 1050x fuel injectors, and UPR catch can. The exhaust consists of Kooks long tube headers and a Corsa double H pipe connected to the stock active value mufflers, which are cerakoted black. It also has Xpel PPF and ceramic coating to protect the exterior. Anderson Composites carbon fiber components were added throughout the exterior. It also has blacked-out Vland LED tail lights, original Handling Pack wheels were powder-coated black, Watson Racing’s roll cage is powder-coated white, with a rear seat delete and Mach 1 embroidered. The interior comprises Forgitec Carbon fiber components and a flat
top and bottom carbon steering wheel.
I want to give a special thanks to Northeast Auto Craft, Evolution Performance, and JTCoating for helping me bring my dream car to life.
I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.
The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!

FALLING IN LOVE - 1967 MUSTANG
MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!
I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE FIRST GENERATION MUSTANG.
My passion for the pony car started when I was young in the mid 1970s. My Father worked as a Ford Service manager at a California dealership. He was working on a 1966 and 1965 Mustang. I helped him and I instantly fell in love with the first generation Mustang.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I have owned many since, besides my current pony being the 1967 Mustang. Over the years we have owned a 1973, 1995, and a 2005 Mustang.
My 1967 Ford Mustang is Burgundy in color with a Parchment interior. It has the exterior and interior deluxe decor with luxury buckets and roof and center consoles. This trim code is one of 254. The car has a 289 2V engine with automatic transmission. According to Marti Report it was sold for $3,353.69 for 1967 model year in the San Jose area.

MOSAUCE - 2016 MUSTANG GT
IT WAS TIME TO GIVE THIS BUILD THE SAUCE!
MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!
Well since my last entry a lot has changed, the 2015 “Mosauce” build has evolved. As the name says, every Mustang owner keeps going for more so did l. I sold the NA Cobra Jet setup build and stepped into a 2016 Performance Pack, but it was time to give this build the sauce!
With a Whipple 2.9 Stage 2 this would be the beginning but as we all know we can’t stop there so a Ben Calimer Stage 3 went in to help keep this new found power on track to the wheels. This would be assisted with a twin disc clutch, carbon fiber driveshaft, and DSS 2000hp rated axles. To help with getting things planted some BMR suspension upgrades were made including sway bars and links, vertical links, rear subframe and diff bushings complemented with Steeda struts and shocks.
Suspension includes Steeda struts on all four corners, BMR sway bars and sway bar links, BMR vertical links, billet aluminum rear subframe and diff bushings, and Steeda adjustable toe links. Added goodies include MP Concepts GT500 Style Front Bumper, GT350 Rear diffuser with quad tips, Forgestar F14 Wheels Monster Green 20x10.5 fronts rears, MP Concept Front front Signals, Raxiom rear marker lights, Innovate Motorsports Ethanol Reader, Ford Motorsports Recaro Seats, and Tuned with Lund Racing Multitune making 837HP.
We were finally ready to go on to giving this Coyote its howl so Stainless Works headers with Corsa sports with double X would bring this to life. With the amazing help and direction of Jarrett of Bowen Built LLC and Lund Racings E85
multi tune, this great project put down a nice 837HP and I am very happy with the turn out. Am I done with this build? Is any Mustang build ever done? Lol. My next adventure with the car is to get some autocross time in and get it out to Road America and stretch the legs on this pony.

MYSTIQUE - 2019 ROUSH PERFORMANCE CUSTOM
THIS CAR HAS EVOLVED TO BECOME A TRULY UNIQUE MUSTANG.
MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!
Mystique is a 2019 Roush Performance Custom. I have always liked specialty Mustangs, Roush in particular. In Canada where I live, they are rare but I was looking for something even more unique with additional performance and customization.
Three years ago, I purchased a Kona Blue 2019 GT from my good friend Andrew, which was the perfect blank canvas for this build. Working with Barrhaven Ford Customs, technician Steve Hall completed the conversion installing pretty much everything that comes in a Stage 3 including the max cooling kit with auxiliary heat exchangers, phase 2 supercharger, active exhaust, and adjustable coil-over suspension. Other parts like the crankshaft sprocket and oil pump gear were also swapped out for heavy duty versions from Boundary Racing Pumps.
The very long list of upgrades that followed included improved brakes, a custom Katzkin leather interior, long-tube headers with high-flow cats, Autometer gauges, a touchscreen with custom software, and a 14-speaker Infinity sound system with dual 12” subs that blend in nicely with the supercharger whine. Tuning was completed at International Dyno Authority, so far making 757+ RWHP on 91 octane with massive low-end torque for spirited launches. A Chip Foose wing, custom vinyl, and Scott Drake trim pieces round out the exterior styling.
Cruising with the Ottawa Mustang Club, the car has participated is several shows and fundraiser events and has already received several awards including at Ford Nation-
als in Carlisle, PA. Attention to detail was among the goals with extensive custom paintwork by Sketchs Ink throughout the engine bay which transitions to the interior along with forged blue carbon fiber trim and LED accent lighting.
I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.
Much like the blue shapeshifting character Mystique from Marvel, this car has evolved to become a truly unique Mustang. Even the orange and gold accents are color-matched to the Mystique character who appears in the center display surrounded by track apps. For me this car is pure automotive therapy - a fun car that I can enjoy with my two boys and friends, and we get to meet nice people along the way at events and activities.

MY LOVE FOR MUSTANGS WILL NEVER LEAVE MY HEART.
The car’s name is “Neptune”, a 92 Foxbody 5.0 with a BBK cold air intake and gt40 intake. It’s a project car we have wanted for two years now. I bought the car when my 99 35th Anniversary was wrecked.
My father and I have worked around the clock getting it rewrapped and running better. We have spent countless hours and money to make her run alot better.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. The love of Mustangs was passed down from my grandfather to my father to me. It now has an after market hood and GT tail lights and a front bumper air dam.
Neptune is Satine Navy Blue and Heavy Metalic Black with Chrome Blue side pin stripes with the trident on the hood. It won first place in the Sturgis Mustang Rally.
It was a dream to own a Foxbody and now I have one. From New Edge to Foxbody, my love for Mustangs will never leave my heart.

WINGS OF PRIDE - 2022 SHELBY SUPER SNAKE

IT IS PAINTED WITH A SIMILAR PAINT SCHEME AS THEIR F-16 AIRCRAFT.
The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!
Here is my 2022 Shelby Super Snake, otherwise officially known as “Wings of Pride.”
This 2022 Shelby Super Snake is a very special 1 of 1 Convertible Wide Body Speedster Edition. This Super Snake, otherwise known as “Wings of Pride,” was built by Shelby American Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada specifically for the KC Aviation STEM Inc. charity sweepstakes, which raises funds for charities focused on children. I was the winner of the sweepstakes with the drawing being held on December 8, 2023.
Carroll Shelby was well known for his passion for fast cars and fast airplanes, having flown both the B-25 and B-29 bombers during WWII. Equally strong was his compassion for children, especially those with health problems. The “Wings of Pride” Shelby honors Carroll Shelby’s entire legacy and is an incredibly fast and powerful car.
“Wings of Pride” honors the United States Air Force Thunderbird Demonstration Team so, it is painted with a similar paint scheme as their F-16 aircraft.
This incredible 1 of 1 patriotic livery and 825 horsepower Shelby Super Snake Wide Body Speedster was custom de-
signed and built by legendary Shelby designer Vince LaViolette. An incredible amount of extra detail truly sets this Super Snake apart from all the others.
This Super Snake combines power, performance, and pride.
