I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.

MY CAR IS NAMED IN HONOR OF THESE BRAVE MEN AND ONE WOMAN REMINDING ME THERE IS A COST FOR OUR FREEDOM.

I have always loved looking at and working on cars, trucks, and motorcycles however, my love of Mustangs began around the age of six when I saw a 1969 Boss 429 for the first time. I was mesmerized by the body lines and the pure power that propelled me into the back of the seat. From that day forward, I dreamed of owning and heavily modifying a Mustang of my very own. Unfortunately, growing up on a farm in Kansas didn’t yield the funds needed for such a lofty goal. Although I grew up described by many as poor, I was rich in what was important… love and support of my family. They taught me to be a servant leader and value the three “Fs” - Faith, Family, and Freedom.

If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I loved that car but acquiring this one reinvigorated my passion for car shows and events!

Members of the STANG Mag family are more passionate about fun and inclusion than they are their cars and that says a lot! I can’t wait to see what’s to come in

After graduating high school in the late 80s, I put my beliefs to good use and joined the Air Force. Over the next 30 years, I traveled the world serving my country as a Security Forces member guided by the three “Fs.” During this time, my love of Mustangs grew. I purchased my first Mustang, a 1985 SVO, in 1988. Shortly thereafter, I began my journey into V8 power by purchasing and modifying several Foxbody Mustang GTs. One 1989 GT I owned for almost 25 years until I purchased “Punisher” in 2019 after my retirement from the Air Force.
