MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!
I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.
The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!
IF I ONLY KNEW HOW MUCH FUN OWNING A MUSTANG WAS, I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE MUCH SOONER!
Agent 99 is my first Mustang. I waited 50 years to have one. When I was younger I had posters of Mustangs in my room. I purchased it in 2015 and have had a blast meeting people in the Mustang community.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I loved that car but acquiring this one reinvigorated my passion for car shows and events!
I joined the Wrecking Crew Mustang Club and have had many adventures with them. If I only knew how much fun owning a Mustang was, I would have bought one much sooner!
Mods I’ve done since owning Agent 99 include a Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust, Raxiom headlights and tail lights, S&B CAI, honeycomb rear deck lid, front chin spoiler, new cloth convertible top, Carters Customs rocker panel splitters, and 10mm plug wires.

Meet Blueberry, my 1980 3.3 Ghia Coupe with the vinyl roof option with 86k miles. The car is unrestored. A Facebook friend sent me the ad in February 2023. I bought the car without viewing it in person from a used car dealer in Washington state. It took about a week for it to arrive in Maryland. I was very pleased with the condition of the car. I have only replaced the tires and hood pad, reglued headliner and cleaned it.
Ponies In The Smokies was Blueberry’s first show. It represented 1980 in the 60 years of Mustang display.
While I love all Mustangs, my passion is for third generation cars. My collection currently includes ten Foxes, one 95 Cobra, one 98 GT and one 75 V8 Ghia.

My name is Ray Roman and this is my 2020 Mustang GT, nicknamed “Deepblue20.” I have a love for Mustangs and sharks so that’s where the name Deepblue came from. Deepblue is the largest female great white shark in the ocean today and I plan to make my Mustang just as big.
She’s pushing 900whp and more to come. Tuned by Carl Messenger at Competition Auto in Spring Lake, NC where I also work as a tech. I’ve completely built the car on my own and love every minute of it. I must also thank my sponsors
CADS Detail & Ceramic Coating for making her shine like no other and Competition Auto for the parts and tuning. Last but not least, I would like to thank Mishimoto for the performance cooling parts.
Mods include a Whipple gen5 3.0, Weld wheels S77, Fore fuel system, Ford Racing carbon fiber Cobra Jet hood, Anderson Composite carbon fiber trunk, DSS 2000hp half axles, DSS carbon fiber one piece driveshaft, Steeda stop the hop kit, Viking coilovers, and rear seat delete.

I HAVE OWNED MANY MUSTANGS THROUGH THE YEARS.
My name is David Stressman and this is my 2019 Mustang Echoboost. My wife, brother, and I rode up from SC in the car for Ponies In The Smokies (PITS). It was a tight fit. My wife and I took the car on a three week trip last June from SC to California.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I have owned many Mustangs through the years. I have owned a 1978, 1986, 1988, 1969, 1986 SVO, 1983, and this 2019.
This Mustang has been tuned by Ryan Martin and has a Parker Performance Tornado kit (CV Fabs race intercooler, charge pipes, 50mm blow off valve, cold air intake, muffler delete, colder plugs, and two separate catch cans.
It ran a 8.5 in 1/8 at Knoxville Dragway during PITS, ran it in the autocross at PITS, and I got third place in the Shotgun Alley at PITS.
My pet name for her is Elvira.

ONCE I WENT TO MY FIRST SHOW I WAS HOOKED.
The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!
My name is Robin Law and this is my 2013 GT Premium, nicknamed Mavis. It is one of 1,657 painted Red Candy Metallic with Tinted Clear Coat.
My Mustang passion started at an early age when my uncle ordered a new Mustang 2+2 in 1964 which he still owns today. I have owned four Mustangs. In high school, I owned a 1970 Coupe. Later I owned an 87 GT and a 1969 Mach 1.
My Dad and I bought the Mach 1 as a project car. I bought Mavis in November of 2016 as a car to enjoy because at the time I was working third shift and couldn’t participate in a lot of Mustang activities. When I switched jobs and started working days again, I started to go to a few shows thinking that my car surely can’t be as nice as these show cars.
If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. Once I went to my first show I was hooked. The modifications started soon after. Since then, I have developed a love for carbon fiber. I have many carbon fiber modifications both in the interior, exterior, and under the hood. If it’s not carbon fiber, it’s hydro dipped to look like carbon fiber. But the best thing about owning a Mustang are the friends I have meet along the way.
Top modifications include a Roush axle back performance exhaust, SR Performance cold air intake, alcantara red
