Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie [Poznań International Fair] is a leader of Polish trade fair industry. We hold 53% of shares in the Polish trade fair market and we are the first among fair organizers in Central and Eastern Europe. Poland’s first premieres of European novelties! Polagra-Premiery - one of the largest agricultural exhibition in Poland will be held between 16 and 19 February at the grounds of Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie [Poznań International Fair]. It is where one will have an opportunity to see what technological news were prepared by Polish manufacturers and dealers of foreign corporations. The halls will offer parking spaces for nearly 2000 models of machinery and equipment for agriculture and horticulture. Most of the machines and equipment presented at the fair are as technologically advanced as the most modern products from other industrial branches, and 200 of them are this year absolute agricultural hits! The exhibition will cover the offer of companies from Austria, Denmark, Spain, Holland, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Hungary and Italy. Program of the events for Polagra-Premiery 2012 was prepared taking into account the needs of: ■ farmers seeking the most current knowledge from the market – a series of debates and conferences hosting market experts and organized in cooperation with unions, industry media and associations ■ pupils and students – on February 17 Hall 12 will host the European Young Farmer’s Day, and the announcement of the results of the „Most Innovative Young Farmer” contest. ■ housewives – on February 18 and 19 in Hall 8A there will be shows and presentations of Polish make-up artists and stylists who will give free advice on care, latest trends and colours.

The hoe is equipped with an innovative solution for the working element, i.e. drums made of polypropylene fibers, used for pulling weeds, and resembling the sweeper operation. This solution is very good for the cultivated plants, because there is no root damage and the weeding process is very precise. The hoe is 2.7 meters wide and it can be used for weeding plants in 4,5,6, or 7-row crops.

Machines wider than 3m are folded hydraulically and equipped with special automatic actuator locks, which are required by the latest European Union directives. Each machine is made of thick-walled materials, equipped with toothed discs 560 mm in diameter and the top quality maintenance-free bearings! Springs, on which the bearings and discs are suspended, are attached to the frame with special stabilizing washers that keep the spring in place on the frame. There is a scraping plate between the rows of dishes that improves the machine performance. Optionally the scraping plate can be interchangeably replaced with a toothed beam. At the row edges there are side screens that limit pouring of the cultivated land. Working depth (up to 14 cm) is regulated on the ladder of the machine shaft. In a standard way TAL-C is equipped with a tubular roller 540 mm in diameter. Extra charge makes it possible to change the roller to a larger tubular roller (620 mm or 700 mm) or others such as ringroller (rings 600 mm in diameter made of a angle section), T-ring roller (rings 600 mm in diameter made of a T-bar) or Packer roller 450 mm in diameter. An important option of this machine is a possibility of mounting a seeder hoist that enables suspending a mechanical seeder. A TAL-C alternative is a disc harrow GAL-C. The machines differ in the suspension of the toothed discs. In TAL-C it is a spring, and in GAL-C it is a rigid suspension based on rubber rollers. It enables more aggressive sinking of discs into the soil. Both the structure and the options are comparable to the TAL-C harrow.

At the fair we present the sprayer with a capacity of 3000 liters of 21m beam lifted and hydraulically folding while forcing a tilt. Both sides of the beam are unfolding independently. The sprayer’s beam can be unfolded by a quarter and the machine has its own hydraulic power supply without connecting cables to the tractor. The product is equipped with solenoid valves, controlled by a computer ensuring even coverage of the treated area.

hardly surprising as for almost 60 years the company has been manufacturing reliable farm trailers. The company is the quintessence of Polish and European history of agricultural vehicles production. The current production facilities is the place where famous “AUTOSANKI” were produced. Since 1953 the company has continuously produced farm trailers, becoming one of the largest manufacturers of not only AGRO trailers, but also semi-trailers and vehicle trailers or truck bodies. At present the ZASŁAW company means: 60 years of experience, structural modifications, modern factory, as well as impressive sales results. Shell trailer ZASŁAW™ is a product designed for the toughest farming conditions, particularly for customers running large farms. Trailer box was made of the highest grades of steel: sheet flooring HARDOX 700MC (excellent quality steel) 5 mm thick, side walls DOMEX 400MC (4 mm thick). Dropside box for easy unloading of wedging materials in front - 2 125 mm, and the rear: 2 200 mm. ZASŁAW™ trailer is equipped with a functional inspection window on the front panel for controlling the trailer load. The manufacturer designed two versions of the new shell trailer: 24 m³ and 33 m³. Standard box cubature is 24 m3, but it is possible to mount a 600 mm high overboard that enlarges the cubature up to 33 m³.
ZM METALTECH
Metaltech company has been operating since 1992 and is a leading Polish manufacturer of machines and devices used in agriculture, construction and forestry. It produces mainly trailers and machines for the collection, preparation and feeding fodder. In recent years the company has enjoyed great market success. This is demonstrated by triplicating its production over the last 3-4 years. Trailer with three way tipping system of the DB series. New line after refreshing the design and major facelifting. In addition to new stickers a complete LED lighting, which will become a standard from this year, will be on display. 10-20T DB trailer series are equipped with the spare wheel rotating basket. This solution was patented, and certainly this basket will be a characteristic element of the DB series trailers making them stand out above the competition. Another small addition is a canvas hook. This piece of equipment facilitates folding the canvas and helps with pulling its mounting rubbers.

We are the manufacturer of vertical and horizontal feed mixers, flail grain mills, fully automated line for fodder preparation; oiling machines; belt, screw and helical conveyors, feed and grain silos, bucket elevators, equipment for silo-seed-cereal storages. In addition the company’s offer includes machines for initial and thorough cleaning; dressing machines, weighing systems, livestock scales and straw shredders. NEW PRODUCT! MIXER 3000 kg Due to the emerging need of using the fodder mixer also as a tank for the ready fodder we produced a mixer with capacity of 3000 kg. The device can work either independently or within a process line with a shredder. The mixer advantages are expressed by its optimal parameters: it is 4m high, 1.80m in diameter, its engine power is 5.5 kW and mixing accuracy is 1:10 000. The mixer can be filter dedusted at the top or bottom.
