Your team Jason W. Powell, CCIM Director Jason Powell joined Stan Johnson Company’s Atlanta office as a director and lead broker in 2014. He has nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience covering acquisitions and dispositions of retail, office, medical, and industrial net lease properties across the nation. Powell’s clients range from high net worth individuals to large institutions. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Powell started a net lease team at Ackerman & Co., ranking as one of the top producers in the firm. Tyler Molleson joined Stan Johnson Company in 2015 as an Associate working with Jason Powell. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties for clients ranging from large institutions to high net worth individuals. He recognizes the need for trust and integrity throughout the commercial real estate industry and attributes his success to always putting his clients first. He strives to provide a high level of customer service and market knowledge which allows him to achieve great results for his clients. Since joining Powell’s team, he has been involved in excess of $200 Million in net lease transactions within the Retail, Medical, and Office segments throughout the country. Molleson is an Atlanta native and grew up about an hour south of the city. Constantly recognized for his work ethic and perseverance, Colin Couch has brought exceptional client service and experience to Stan Johnson Company since joining Jason Powell’s team. Couch focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net leased office and industrial properties for institutions and private equity firms as an Associate working in the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Couch operated as a Tenant Advisor in the Office Properties Group at Avison Young. Max Van Dresser is an Associate with Jason Powell and team in Stan Johnson Company’s Atlanta office. Van Dresser joined Stan Johnson Company in June 2016 as an Analyst, assisting with financial analysis, lease abstracting, market research and marketing. As an Associate, Van Dresser now focuses on deal execution, business development and transaction management. As a primary point of contact for Jason Powell’s team transactions, he is able to leverage his attention to detail, analytical background and market knowledge to ensure an efficient contract to close.
