Profile Edge Cutter

Multiform™ is Starbank’s dedicated range of profiled and postformed panels. We can provide you with standard profile edge details for various thicknesses of material, as well as both external and internal postformed panels.

HPL and thermoplastic PVC are our most common type of decorative face material that we use for our Multiform panels. We have a choice of substrates we can use to meet all budget and project requirements.

We are able to offer you standard worktop profiles that cover a wide range of applications. However, as a bespoke fabricator, we are always willing to work with you to help try and create something specific for your project (subject to material and fabrication limitations).

Due to material and manufacturing tolerances we are not able to guarantee matching profiles for applications over the maximum single length (3000mm for HPL). Please state at the time of ordering if sections are to be jointed.

The composition of Multiform panels lends themselves to dry environments with light traffic. We do offer 2 composition varieties within our multiform range to help supply you with the correct type of panel for your intended environment, see our compositions below.

Postformed Worktops

As our Multiform™postformed vanities can be constructed using multiple methods ensuring we cater for all project budgets, we have organised our vanity offer into two simple types all of which can include sink cut outs for either an inset or semi recessed sink.

Traditional

Our Traditional Multiform™ is comprised using a moisture resistant MDF or chipboard core and finished with a HPL or thermoplastic decorative face. We recommend this top for light traffic, dry applications only.

Durable

Our Durable Multiform™ is comprised using a SGL or CDF core pieces that is finished with a HPL or thermoplastic decorative face. We recommend this top for medium traffic, dry applications.

We are also able to offer you standard worktop profiles that cover a wide range of applications. As a bespoke fabricator if you need something unique, our CAD team as well as your dedicated account manager will work with you to produce drawings to your exact details*.
