Ordained in 1998, MaryAnn’s service with the Church of Scotland began with Macainsh Parish Church, Lochgelly. In 2002 she was called to St Anne’s Parish Church, Corstorphine, Edinburgh Life in Dunfermline began in 2012 when she was inducted as minister of the Abbey Church.MaryAnn was one of the writers for the Church of Scotland “Pray Now” book from 2010-2018 and on occasion continues to write for “Weekly Worship” which offers material for those preparing worship

She has served the church nationally as a member and then chair of the Church of Scotland Housing and Loan Fund and is still a member of the Judicial Commission and the Church Hymnary Trust Locally she enjoys being chaplain to Dunfermline High School and is a Carnegie Dunfermline Trustee. Currently she is studying part-time for a Doctor of Ministry with Pittsburgh Theological College and the University of Edinburgh

District Visitor and Community Manager for Central East, her District Covers Fife, Angus & some of Perthshire. AnneMarie has worked for Historic Environment Scotland since 2008 in various roles, notably as a Steward and Monument Manager for Dunfermline Palace & Abbey Nave and Inchcolm Abbey before taking on this new role in 2022.
