ITTLE FALLS – Driving down a gravel road near Little Falls, passersby come across a neatly manicured farm site where one side of the yard – the house side – is filled to the brim with flower beds and gardens of every kind. “That’s gotta be the place,” they might say to themselves. The barn side is equally neat, although there are no flowers. Often, people will slow down and take pictures; once in a while they will come in for a tour. They could choose to tour the horticultural side, where Morrison County Master Gardener Chris Siemers has her life’s work on full display. Or, they might choose to tour the mechanical, adventurous

One shed on the farm site is filled with large carts and wagons. He has about 20 wood-wheel wagons and buggies and that will be enough for quite a while. As a kid, they had a team of ponies and a team of draft horses and his
