Why I chose to be Member & Global Mentor at Global Thinkers forum?

Global Thinkers Forum (GTF) is a global platform bringing together a diverse network of thought leaders and creating meaningful networking and conversations around global challenges and trends. GTF’s mission focuses on three areas: fostering accountability in leadership, promoting women’s empowerment and creating opportunities for young people to develop. GTF is also a bridge-builder, and an organization that promotes public-private sector partnerships and opens conduits for collaboration and stakeholder engagement. The Forum is London-based and was i ncubated at Oxford University’s Said Business School in 2011. It has been created with the vision to help our societies and leaders navigate a very complex world. It was my pleasure to join a dynamic creative initiative to support women from all-around the world” I felt that this project is part of me, it reflects my vision, purpose & meaningful purposes in my life”. My experience in entrepreneurship & business consultation was derived by my faith in Women abilities, they have big potential to lead and force change in their societies specially in the middle east where women are tied to many cultural and religious norms. My research looks into the interaction between

cultural influence, digital transformation and the impact on gender equality in the middle east.

I decided to become part of global thinkers mentors , to help motivating youth and transform their life to help them reach their maximum potential, I have been mentoring Nourhene Jaouadi, she is an articulate, innovative and reliable person who can add a special spirit to everything she puts her hand in, all with ensuring a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. Nourhene is an industrial engineering student at the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Sousse, Tunisia. She has two years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Started working as a chief editor and translator for the website mina7.net in June of 2017. Moreover, she was the country ambassador for Youth Opportunities for 2018/2019 with the main responsibility of providing youth with access to opportunities. she joined the Global Thinkers network with the ambition of launching her own startup and delivering her ideas to the world. We have been working together to help Nourhene understand her values and passion, developing her skills to

overcome the challenges in her life. I had the pleasure to support her in the Aramex Fellowship Scheme Challenge by the Arab Innovation Network and represent Tunisia among a selection of highly achieving youth from different Arab countries.

I am very excited that I have been able to deliver my knowledge and experiences to help create new generation of female leadership.

We are now working on Women incubator project www.jasmeen.co that will target women in Middle-East with great ambitious to transfer their ideas and skills into real business.
