OUR SERVICE During the lifespan of the current contract, STA Travel has worked with over ninety University and College members. Our team works hard to create fully immersive, enriching & subject orientated bespoke educational trips. These trips have spanned across various institutions. The number of trip leaders dealt with sits in the thousands, and the number of students even higher.

We’re an ABTA member, so from the moment you book with us, we’re here to give you advice and assistance on how to protect your travel arrangements in the unlikely event something goes wrong. Our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) gives you all the protection you need so that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, all parts of your trip are covered.

Specific and specialist Account Managers are assigned to each academic account on a case-bycase basis. We utilise the strengths of our team to ensure our clients receive the very best service.
OUR TEAM
Our Educational Development Executives are regionally based. This team are on hand to meet with bookers, discuss your requirements and deliver presentations to students. They deal with trip after care and ensure all our trips align with the goals of our clients. Our sales team based in Manchester speak 24 languages. This has proven invaluable when negotiating with suppliers & ensuring that best rates are achieved.
