During your senior year, you’ll present an original collection at St. Kate’s annual Katwalk fashion show, recognized in Twin Cities fashion circles as an event to spot rising stars. Organized and produced by our student-led Fashion Association, your clothing line will be skillfully donned by models showcasing your work to the broader community.

Global and Diverse Perspectives

Fashion Design majors can take advantage of a 10- to 21-day study abroad opportunity in Europe, Asia, or other locations. On these trips, you’ll benefit from first-hand discussions with fashion designers, trend and color forecasters, costume designers for Broadway or the London Theater, fashion magazine editors, buyers, textile wholesalers, and manufacturers. You’ll also attend fashion exhibitions and view collections at major museums.
