LIVE IN THE U.S. WHILE AWAITING YOUR GREEN CARD 1
WHAT IS EB5 PLUS? EB-5 Plus is the combination of both the E-2 and EB-5 pathways. Through an investment in our partner company, Moderno Porcelain Works, investors are able to move to the U.S. (via E-2), all the while working towards permanent residency (enter EB-5). By effectively combining the two programs, you and your family can move to the U.S. in as little as 4 months, all for the same minimum EB-5 investment amount of $900,000.
WHO IS HOUSTON EB5? At Houston EB5, we hold a flawless track record of successful projects in the United States using EB-5 funds, and now have over 323 investors worldwide. To better assist clients like you with moving to the U.S., we have carefully structured this safe immigration investment. We are the only experienced regional center with a comprehensive opportunity like EB5 Plus available.
WE ONLY SUCCEED WHEN YOU SUCCEED! 2
PROBLEM As the EB-5 program became increasingly popular, processing times continued to become more and more unpredictable. Investors and their families needed a better and faster option.
Given our previous E-2 program success, we knew how to move investors to the U.S. quickly and securely. By combining our E-2 experience with our established EB-5 track record, the EB5 Plus pathway was born.

WHY MODERNO IS SUCCEEDING
OUR PORCELAIN TECHNOLOGY IS TRANSFORMING THE INDUSTRY As production methods advance for ultra-compact porcelain surfaces, porcelain is quickly expanding in application — available in large format panels and colors that mirror natural stone, wood, metal or any material or pattern you desire.
12
Porcelain’s strength and ability to resist stains and water damage make it an ideal choice for shower walls, tubs, countertops, exterior cladding, and other surfacing applications. With its materials being 100% natural, porcelain is also environmentally friendly and easily recyclable. Plus, porcelain’s resistance to UV rays keeps its beauty from fading. WE ARE THE FUTURE OF SURFACING Although some other surfacing companies are able to provide porcelain, they offer this in addition to several other materials, overcharging for the porcelain because they are not experts. Oppositely, Moderno is the only company to focus exclusively on large format porcelain. While natural stone fabrication requires extensive equipment, Moderno has turned the typical business model on its head by being able to expertly fabricate porcelain on-site utilizing one-of-a-kind proprietary techniques. Additionally, each Moderno HUB will have automated machinery to handle high-volume demand, providing the most consistent quality with the fastest production times. Due to Moderno’s unique methods and extensive training, each licensee can enter the market steps ahead of their competitors with faster lead times and lower costs.
