Median days on the market have been sitting steady at 16 days, up from 14 days last month , and double from this time last year, giving buyers more time to make decisions. There were a total of 432 properties sold , reflecting a slight 2% decline ; however, there are 109 pending listings, a 98% increase since 2023. Sales volume reached $712M, increasing 15% and active listings stand at 247, reflecting a significant 70% increase from this time last year.
