We look forward to welcoming you to St Edmund's College and Prep. Located in rural Hertfordshire on the A10, 20 miles north of London and 20 miles south of Cambridge. We are close to the towns of Ware and Bishop's Stortford.

Please note that the main postcode takes you to the rear of the College and Prep. If using a sat-nav, please use SG11 1DL. This will bring you to the main College and Prep entrance on Ermine Street, where you can enter via the main gatehouse.

Directions: Entrance
By Road: The College can be easily accessed from the A10 (from London or Cambridge) or the A120 (from Bishop’s Stortford). These roads provide easy access to all airports, railway stations and central London.
From the A10 South: If you are approaching via the M25, exit at Junction 25 to join the A10 north. Travel for approximately 15 miles until you come to the roundabout, which links the A120 and take the first exit left, signposted to Old Hall Green. Take the first turning right, which is our farm lane entrance.
From the A10 North: On by-passing Buntingford travel for approximately four miles and at the roundabout, which links the A120, take the third exit, signposted to Old Hall Green. Take the first turning on the right, which is our farm lane entrance.
From the A120: Remain on the A120 until you reach the roundabout at its end and take the second exit. Take the first turning right, which is our farm lane entrance.
Parking
If visiting the Prep, there is parking available directly outside. Upon parking, please enter the Prep via the main blue door, where you will be met and asked to sign in.
Follow the drive further, and to the right is parking for the College. You will see the main entrance to the College and a large crucifix. Please park in this area and enter the College by the main entrance where you will be met and asked to sign in.

St Edmund's is located in close proximity to Stanstead, Heathrow and Luton.

Situated approximately 30 miles from Kings Cross
Station/London Euston, St Edmund's has easy access too and from the city.
The College is just a 10 minute car journey from Ware Station and a 20 minutes from Bishop Stortford Station. Stevenage station is just under 30 minutes away from the College.
