Steel & Tube Holdings will achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification across all business units in 2021. This standard is the best practice quality management framework and demonstrates Steel & Tube’s commitment to meeting customer and stakeholders’ needs and expectations through quality and continual improvement.
Assessment and certification are carried out by independent experts in quality management systems, and monitoring and continual improvement of quality practices is carried out across all Steel & Tube’s operations.

breakdowns, reduce downtime, improve safety, prolong the life of its assets and improve production for customers.
Steel & Tube has a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to safety breaches, and investigates all incidents using a ‘dig deeper’ investigation process with oversight from the CEO. This allows key individuals to take accountability for the incident / accident and responsibility for effectively managing the remedial actions.

For Steel & Tube, this means considering our commitment to our people and communities, our environmental footprint, and managing our business ethically and in line with best practice governance.
We have identified 10 areas which we believe are fundamental to ensuring a sustainable future for our
