The independent electrical control panel contains all power and auxiliary controls. This machine may be used for continuous operation provided with a certain quantity of dough tubs. Very practical used for the preparation of the fermented dough. All surfaces that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is designed and fitted with safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.
