TECHNICAL PART /技术部分 1.1 Description of the Flaker Process / 结片工艺描述 Liquid product is supplied to the single belt cooler by means of a heatable pump (by client) via a filter (by client) station. 液态物料可选择通过加热泵(客户提供)和过滤器(客户提供)后供给单钢带机。 The liquid product fed by a special feeding device onto the advanced steel belt forms a thin layer which enters through steel belt cooler for further cooling. 液态物料通过一特殊的进料装置泻在行进的钢带上，形成一薄层，并在经过钢 带冷却机中进行进一步的冷却。 Single steel belt is drizzled and consequently cooled via nozzles which enable a regular wetting. The water from steel belt cooler are gathered in pans from where it flows by gravity to the sewer or a pit / tank. 钢带被喷淋和喷嘴连续喷射形成均匀的冷却。钢带的水收集在水盘内并通过重 力回至水箱。 The solid product sheets are broken up by a breaker into irregular flakes. 片状固化产品被破碎机破碎成不规则形状。
