When we put down our problems on paper it will helps us to see the root of the issue - and therefore - the solution more clearly. Having struggled with anxiety and depression for my entire life, it is an issue that is near and dear to my heart. I feel passionately that having open and honest conversations about mental health will allow us to better understand each other.
