â&#x20AC;&#x153;Urban Planning and Architectural Design for the Breda Villageâ&#x20AC;?. The objective of the work was the urban arrangement of that peripheral area of Rome, at present a neighborhood, equipping it with all the necessary services for its completion and integration with the city.

Presently, it is an island without links to the city. The careful study was carried out about residences, it implied a research on this issue, proposing a new type of residence, adequate to the demands of the present society, in which time is a fundamental factor that transforms it and makes it ďŹ&#x201A;ow in space at a speed never before attained.

Fight the sprawl and look for an equilibrium between outside and inside. Find a way to link the peripheral areas of the city of Rome across the experimentation on an area, in this case, the Breda Village, to find solutions. Support the recovery of this areas through the strengthening of its social and economic development. These area the main ideas of the Urban Planning. To requalified the place we tried New Ideas of Social Housing, replying to the increase of the demand of houses with different standards for different kinds of families. The careful study was carried out about dwellings, it implied a research on this issue, proposing a new type of residence, adequate to the demands of the present society, in which time is a fundamental factor that transforms it and makes it flow in space at a speed never before attained.
