Printing enters a new dimension. Make, Object Printing, RepRap, 3Dprinting... there are different words but only one result: the threedimensional objects printing with matter jet printers. MakeForum was born with the aim to show concretely how it is possible to create real objects with a simple click, thanks to the most innovative three-dimensional printing systems. A meaningful revolution for many industrial sectors, such as architecture, building, jewellery, mechanics, medicine, fashion, the boating industry and much more.

The project. In the past, a lot of products were realized casting liquid material into specific moulds, then cooling and eventual finishing them. Today, there is a new possibility: to realize three-dimensional objects starting from a 3D model, overlapping layers of material. In this way, it is possible to reach new and more effective manufacturing systems. MakeForum is addressed to companies which are interested in valuing investments in the field of 3D printing and that want to deepen the different opportunities offered by these new technologies. There are different elements in the running: the process, the hardware, the software and - most of all – people involved; MakeForum wants to support the knowledge of these different aspects with an articulated offer, that combines a mutilevel cultural part (from tutorials to specialized conference sessions) with an exhibition area, where participants can touch new solutions and products.
