With the goal of strengthening its team in Zagreb to support daily operational activities, we offer an opportunity for young professionals and college alumni to join us at the position of Researcher in search services RESPONSIBILITIES As a part of a strong multi-cultural team, the day-to-day role of this position is to provide general assistance to executive recruitment consultants via supporting tasks and individual realization of small projects. The Researcher will develop a good understanding of how to perform different market research and analysis tasks and, under the supervision of their mentor, will grow in confidence and ability in order to be able to handle sourcing projects on his/her own. TASKS: Market scanning, companies scanning and targeting Identifying and approaching suitable candidates Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and CV collection as well as market mapping Report generation, reference checking, follow-up activities, database management Business news and business sectors analysis, information collecting for offer preparation NEEDED SKILLS: First experiences in customer interaction (preferably in business, sales or telemarketing environment) – up to 1 year Very good knowledge of English – both oral and written Interest for Economics and Business overall Confident and professional telephone manner – very important Strong data entry skills, database creation and management Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - advanced user We welcome entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, independent but disciplined individuals with dynamic character, charisma and positive attitude!
