White Is The New Gold
White, is the color of a blank canvas, an unwritten page, and an unpainted ceramic piece.
White is the ground that has nothing on it, yet it is the soil that’s capable of breeding all possibilities.
As an artist and musician, art can be both colorful and quiet, visible or simply ‘’imaginable’’.
My favorite color would be purple as for instinct, or black for solitude, but I’m choosing white for who I wish I could be, for being able to hope, to believe in what can yet to be seen, and to capture all kinds of splendid this life is able to provide, as an white, unwritten canvas.
白色，是空白的畫布、是未被回憶填寫的頁面、 是還沒上色的陶藝作品。 白色，是一無所有的空曠地， 但同時它亦是那將孕育所有生命和色彩的土壤。 身為藝術家與音樂家，藝術對我而言，可以是繽紛，亦可以是平靜，
可以是看得見的，亦可以只存在於想象之中。 若是問我直覺，「紫色」會是我最喜歡的顏色， 若是問我孤獨的代表，那會是「咖啡色」， 然而我希望自己能成為「白色」， 成為盼望者，能夠相信尚未能被看到的美好， 如同渴望被愛戴的空白畫布，捕捉生命所有能為我們帶來的燦爛。

This poster is designed for a recital hosted by a group of composition students studying in the music department of Fu Jen Catholic University 輔仁大學音樂系.
With limited colors, I wanted to express a sense of isolation as well as brightness within the cold.

This poster is designed for Prof. Chih-Chien Lin’s clarinet recital.
With the emotions being set as tragical, sad and depressing, I chose the color black as the theme color, as well as white and gold in a high contrast level to show the emotional part of migrating. Meanwhile, I decided that a traditional chinese ink calligraphy would be a great fit as my main font style for the topic, bringing more texture and realism into the entire poster design.

This poster is designed for Prof. Ting-Yu Fan and vocal chamber music recital at Tai wan National Recital Hall. Professor Fan specified that the illustration be in pointil lism style, which I was able to create through Adobe Photoshop after finishing the oil painting of a warm sunset which the title Ill Tramonto is suggested.

This poster is designed for Electric Vehicle Design Award hosted by MIH consortium, targeting college students who major in commersial, or any visual design related majors, with the goal to understand what the ideal design of electric vehicle look like in the per spectives of our new generation.
In hope of making this poster different than other commercial posters, I decided to have the poster in grayscale, highlighting the whites with black underneath, and have grid throughout the entire paper to indicate the idea of ‘‘blueprint’’.

幽哉 - Danran Tea x Nanmandong co-branding moon festival gift box
2022 Client: Danran Tea 淡然有味茶文化會館
This is a web design, designed for Danran tea and Nanmandong’s co-branding gift box, featuring Vogue as well. Its gift box was released in moon festival in Taiwan, so I decided to use a darker orange tone to bring out the whole visual identity, combining the sense of newness and traditional (usually red). The name of the gift box indicates leisurely, so I placed the pattern design indivisually thoughout the entire page, as the leaves falling from above.
