A Moment of Silence and Reflection That's what we want for you today. Enjoy the peace, time, and I pray moments of serenity that only God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit can give you. As true believer, and maybe you're a non-believer, or being drawn closer to Jesus Christ as you read this, learn to accept God's peace over you life and his joy. Take some time to read your Bible, reflect upon it's words, and call out on the name of Jesus in your times of turmoil and uncertainly. We have included a reprint of Psalms 23 in this issue for you. Read it, meditate upon it, and enjoy it as you and perhaps your family draw closer to God. Take some much needed time out for yourself and the "big guy upstairs". Don't let anyone fool you into thinking that the Corona Virus just slipped upon the world. Read your Bible from cover to cover, if you can. so that you are aware of the biblical prophecies that are being fulfilled. However, as a child of God, surely you must know as well as demonstrate, by decreeing and declaring your faith, and also by spiritually applying the name and the blood of Jesus Christ almighty to your door post so that the spirit of death does not draw nigh to your house and your family. Speak your Christian inheritance in your home and over your families. Rejoice as you celebrate Resurrection Day this month, for we know that our Savior lives, and the he died and rose on the third day with all power and authority in his hands!! Now, act like you know this, as well as with whom, and where your final resting days will be. StephanieMaxwell- Robles Publisher/Editor- in Chief Content and Creative Director

By St eph an ie M axw ell-Robles When God told me to start to build a city, not a mythical place, however, a real and living city, I was surprised. I was surprised and excited at the same time as I always love a great challenge. The idea of developing a city was not something that was so far removed from me that I couldn't conceive of it, as my professional and personal background had already lended itself to such an undertaking.

As a young person, I was always drawn to design, architecture, history, culture, redevelopment and urban communities, as a whole. Part of my early career or background included working for a major financial institution, a large-scale-construction management company, a real estate research and information company, and a local city government job in a department that handled and

processed all of the redevelopment/development plans and permitting within that city be it a major housing or office park construction project , to even smaller building request such as room additions or water heater permits. I didn't realize it at the time, but God allowed me to obtain second to none experience that would invaluable and priceless in terms of what would be needed or understood in the development of an entire city. There would also be other people and places that would add to this dynamic. Such as family friends and or acquaintances that worked in the construction business, as well as the real estate acquisition or simply buying, possibly fixing and up, and selling side of that business. From a Spiritual, as well as personal standpoint, I like many other urban dwellers

have witnessed first-hand the devastating effects that institutionalized or systematic racism has played not only on our health and mental status in our communities, but also the effects the scenery and visual landscapes have had. Living in certain communities, as well as within any major or small city in the Unite States can and has been hazardous to the African American or Back life, period. Black people in this country, unfortunately, are at the bottom of every barrel. Be it in housing, jobs, education, business and home ownership, quality health care, you name it. As a result of living in and through horrific, long-standing conditions and back-breaking situations, I deem it justifiable and to the fullest extent possible, a for a massive Reparations pay out for Black Americans! In addition, God

has also also provided the vision as to what would remedy this situation once and for all. A city. And not just any ordinary city. A Christian city founded upon Christian principals, and one that caters to not only African Americans, but also one geared towards the life that God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit intended us all to live. WELCOM E TO CITIVILLE! "Citiville" is a great new concept city complete with restaurants, shops, stores, schools, a university, specialty and manufacturing business, affordable and safe housing and so much more. As stated previously, as a Christian city founded on Christian principals, Citiville will also serve as a research, educational, and healing mecca/center. Residents will enjoy fresh air, green walking trails, relaxed atmospheres, great design and

accommodating buildings and architecture, minus the hustle and bustle that is known to represent and is associated with most large secular cities and environments of today. The great thing about Citiville is that we will be able to establish ourselves from the start, by implementing from its inception living standards and a quality of life that God intended for all of us to have. From developing clean drinking water systems, to eating the foods that we grow, to making the clothes that we wear, the city will be fully encompassing and work from a high level to maintain our quality of life and stellar standards. As God continues to build this historic and one of a kind undertaking, please be on the lookout for news, updates, and new develops on Citiville, the next great American city!

PSALM S 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want, He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name sake, Yeah though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for though art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

I was at the house when I found out about this in the late 80's. I found out that my dad was in jail. We were still in California, and I heard my mom on the phone talking to someone about it. As I became older, and I was in college, I found out why he was put in jail and why they didn't put him to death. Because this happened in Saint Claire, AL. Usually for a crime that heinous they would put you on Death Row. In a philosophy class, I discovered that there was a mental defect he was suffering from. His lawyer used that as a part of his defense. That is why the state [of Alabama] didn't take his life. To read about the way he killed someone they way he did, and then set the house on fire. They normally give you the death penalty in Alabama, and do

it fast. So as I said, there are so many pieces to the story that connected to mental health problems and hiding other secret issues too. Can you t ell m e h ow you r m om is t oday, an d u lt im at ely w h at God h as t au gh t you or sh ow n you t h r ou gh t h is or deal? A: Well for me, the first thing

that resonates with me is that we cannot live in shame, and hide what others have done to you. He's shown me ultimately that we can correct the seed that he ordained to be blessed. At least that is what I get immediately. You asked how my mom is doing. And that's another thing, my mom has lived in so much shame and pain. My mom's father my grandfather, who was a pastor, had an affair with another lady when he was married to my grandmother, and created a whole other set of children. My mom has a way of not discussing anything from the sinful past to keep order. My mother is the oldest, I am the oldest granddaughter as well. So we're the oldest girls in the family. My mom actually

goes to her sister 's husbands church. She is a member of their church. And the daughter is a gift of my grandfather 's affair. My grandfather had abut 21 children. Yep, my grandfather was busy with other women having affairs and had other children. The thing is he saw his father have an affair. His father had the mom, and the daughter as a girlfriend. So that's why I talk about the generational curses, I call it the traveling talent. The traveling of the curses from one generation to another. These things ultimately become learned behavior. So with all of that being said, and to give you an update, my mom is doing ultimately as good as she should be doing. My mom is the first. My mom almost has a Masters Degree, very brilliant. But she

always seems to balance herself in a position where she feels she has to keep her mouth closed and not disturb what has been folded and put way back in the closet. I notice when I write sometimes and I put it on Facebook, or when I'm being transparent about something, she'll call me to see where my head is? I'm like "mom, I'm just talking". She doesn't want me to expose anything. I really don't think my aunties, her sisters and brothers, they don't know about me because I had gained weight. Also, before I had weight loss surgery, she never talked about us. She never talked about my sister and myself. She is ashamed of us. That's absolutely hurtful, we have never met or become... you

know, I could never even wrap my head around that. My mom, she never talked about us. And I don't know why. I'm not sure if anyone would be aware of this. The truth is that she only celebrates with pictures. She'll put pretty pictures with us up, but she never really supports us. If we're doing really good, or if I am writing a book or something, she'll celebrate us. When my daughter Sacara, she's 30 years old ight now, she's lost maybe around 50 pounds, so she's slimmer now. But when she was heavier, my mom would crop them. She would crop the pictures to make me smaller. I knew for sure she would not dare show us off. So that's when I knew that my mom was missing something.. Q: On e t h in g I can h on est ly say, as a per son , an d as a

A: Wow, I am still in that process right now, but there are so many things that are coming up and manifesting. I really can't find my footing. It takes skill to keep a balance without becoming physically sick...I just know it took me a long time before I realized that I need to get some help.
