This commercial project focuses on designing a premises for Casa de las Baterias on the outside of the city, together with a commercial plaza. The challenge for this design is that when working with a franchise we had to keep the simplicity of what their image is, but at the same time work on a somewhat modern facade.
The spaces and policies of this franchise must be respected, thus adding the rules for the people with Disabilities.

This is the best and highest usage for real estate allowing high rise buildings with apartments and commercial spaces.
