Terms of the sale are cash; checks are accepted. Settlement to be made with the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed from the premises. Texas Scramble certificates will be accepted; please bring appropriate paperwork to the sale manager on sale day. Cattle are at buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but the management will make every effort to assist in loading in compliance with the buyer’s instructions. All cattle must be removed from the facilities by 5:00 p.m. sale day, April 13, 2013.
