| d e si gn e th os My approach to architecture is holistic. The built environment offers countless opportunities to intervene, adapt, create and re-create. I believe positive engagement with architecture will ensure the continuation of critical thinking and allow architects to capitalise on the diversity and potential with which they are presented.

| work e xpe r i e nce Part One Architectural Assistant 2012-2013 Aim Design City Quay, Dundee, DD1 3JA Following the completion of my third year in 2012 I secured a position at Aim Design as a Part 1 Assistant. The practice is involved with a variety of projects, both in typology and scale, which allowed me to gain valuable insight into the practical applications of architecture. I was involved with projects ranging from a ÂŁ1.2 million pound office development (shortlisted by the RIAS) to domestic alterations. My employment within this small practice allowed me to be involved throughout the design process and facilitated the development of my technical skills. Waiting/ Bar-tending 2008-2015 Inchture Hotel Main Street, Inchture, PH14 9RN Throughout my studies, I have maintained a part-time job in waiting and bar tending which has further disciplined my time management skills. The public relation skills essential to the job also ensure my communication abilities are of an optimum standard. Furthermore my professional attitude within the workplace is, crucially, balanced by a good sense of humour.
| pe r sona l i nte re sts Alongside my passion for architecture, I am an avid follower of Formula 1 motorsport. I love travelling and enjoy skiing and cycling. I have a particular fondness for Italy - the food, the culture, the people and having been fortunate to visit on a number of occasions, I have a growing understanding of the language. Other interests include film, theatre and music. I also maintain a full UK driving licence.
