COMMUNITY VISION DESIGN INTENT In developing communities-the places in which we live, little consideration is generally given to those things that greatly enhance our home. Our home is more than the house itself, more than the lot the house sits on. The neighborhood is our home. You might be surprised to learn the degree to which planning-the layout of streets, location of services, development of leisure facilities-can influence the way members of a community interact with one another. Sweetwater's strategic master land plan is designed to energize community life and emphasize the social needs of the residents. The design vision extends beyond the land plan. From the curbs to the individual homes and from landscapes to home interiors, every aspect will be thoughtfully created to complement the property and theme of the community. This results in a community which feels much more livable and ensures the ultimate in overall aesthetic appeal. Sweetwater is the result of planning and designing a neighborhood in a manner that will make it a special place to live, a place to drive into and smile, a place to proudly call home.

COMMUNITY VISION MASTER LAND PLAN The Sweetwater development contains 123 acres of rolling hills gently nestled against crystal clear lake Keowee. The community is designed to take full advantage of this rolling terrain and maximize views toward Lake Keowee and the Blueridge Mountains in the distance. From the lot layout to the road alignment, everything has been carefully orchestrated into a unified vision. The gentle meandering roads of Sweetwater never end with unsightly cul-de-sacs, but instead take the homeowners and visitors past beautifully designed homes carefully placed between a series of pocket parks, social greens, recreational parks and community green spaces. All of these neighborhood spaces are gracefully interconnected with paths leading everywhere from the Lakeside Pavilion to the pool and play fields of the Recreational Park and every home in between. The Sweetwater Land Plan has provided these gathering places to bring neighbors and the community together, encouraging the kind of good fellowship, comfort and charm of traditional neighborhoods of the past. Sweetwater has been designed in harmony with its surrounding landscape and it's that since of wellbeing that engulfs visitors and homeowners alike.

Inspired by the materials and the beauty of the region, Sweetwater home designs are as rugged as they are romantic. COMMUNITY VISION STEPHEN FULLER We have learned by study and practice that the finest places to live are created by orchestrating many seemingly unrelated elements of the environment around us into a unified vision. Creating and orchestrating this vision is what we do.

We design homes that address individual homeowner needs. They complement the style and preferences set forth by the families that will occupy them.

We design communities that are in harmony with the landscape and set a design standard that is desired by the market of potential homebuyers.

The style of

homes and layout of the community are planned to the most intricate detail.

We design gathering places that bring neighbors and communities together, encouraging the kind of good fellowship that has been lost from recent years in our society of fast paced living.

This is what we do; we design homes, communities,

Stephen Fuller Stephen Fuller, Incorporated

public gathering places, places to be inspired by, places to call "Home".
