COMMUNITY VISION MASTER LAND PLAN The Sweetwater development contains 123 acres of rolling hills gently nestled against crystal clear lake Keowee. The community is designed to take full advantage of this rolling terrain and maximize views toward Lake Keowee and the Blueridge Mountains in the distance. From the lot layout to the road alignment, everything has been carefully orchestrated into a unified vision. Using materials that reflect the beauty of this hill and lake country, the Sweetwater entrance is a gateway for those wanting a more relaxed atmosphere and carefree lifestyle. Arriving at Sweetwater visitors will first be struck by the extensively landscaped roadside blending into the natural rolling ter rain. COMMUNITY VISION LAKE Lake Keowee is more than a shimmering backdrop here - it becomes part of life. An 18,500 acre lake, Lake Keowee is perfect for boating and skiing, as well as fishing, canoeing, and solitude. Lakeside Pavilion, a future community marquee, will soon become the sought after location for intimate gatherings.
