Stephen Souky is currently a Controller for the MHC and Affiliates firm, a position he has held, and enjoyed, since November of 2013. As company Controller, Stephen Souky is responsible for every facet of the company’s accounting, budget and tax preparation, including the preparation of such forms as 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040 and more. As someone with a strong knowledge of GAAP, Souky works to prepare company financial statements for the company entities for both Bank loan requirements and covenants, and to serve as a liaison with an external auditor during the process of audited financial statements preparation.

Stephen Souky is also responsible for serving as the company liaison with an external auditor during the preparation phases of audited financial statements.

Stephen Souky, currently a Controller with MHC, has provided quality service within numerous positions, and to multiple organizations, throughout the course of his career. Following the reception of his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, Souky has served firms in the positions of Auditor.

Stephen Souky possesses a significant level of education, skill and professional experience in the fields of accounting, accounting software, banking and more. Educated at the State University of New York College at Fredonia, Souky accomplished the quite impressive feat of passing the CPA exam on the very first attempt.

Every professional role ever held by accounting professional Stephen Souky has been in Senior Level Management, including such positions as Controller, his current position, as Senior Vice President, as Comptroller, Finance Director and more.
