the making of fishball. by my dad I always think that the person who love to eat, love to cook, my dad is such kind of people. I told my dad that I wanted to eat fishball congee, then he bought all the ingredients needed, and starting making...


First, prepare some salt water for later use.


then, prepare some laver as well.


For the ingredients, slice some spring onions first. Starting from the heads.


then, the leaf part.


cut some coriander to add more flavor.


collect them with knif.


slice some manderin peel.


chop in into granular size


here comes my favorite food : mushroom slice it as well



put all the sliced ingredients...


into a big bowl for later use.





Last, put all the chopped fish meat into the ingredients bowl along with the laver you’ve prepared earlier. Add salt water into the bowl and stir it up until it gets sticky. Freeze it under -4C for one or two hours, use it when needed like hotpot/ congee, etc...
