Fees & Policies Camp Hours: Half-Day Full Day
12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Extended morning care and aftercare are included ! Campers may arrive as early as 8:00 A.M. and may be picked up as late as 4:00 P.M. Registration Process: Open Registration beginning August 20th. *NO registration fee if you register for two or more camps or if registered by Friday, October 5, 2012. *Bonus Package - Pre-Register for 3 or more sessions per child during your initial registration and receive a discounted rate of $5 off per camp! Pre-registration due date is Friday, October, 5, 2012.
Camp Fees: A deposit of 50% of the total camp fees must accompany the registration form. Camp Tuition Fee: Camp Tuition balances are due the day your child attends camp. Discounted rates are applied to students who pre-register. Registration Fee: A $30 child/family registration fee is due with your deposit. The Registration Fee is only required once to sign up for any program this year. (No refunds on Registration Fees)
Lunch: Camp includes lunch. Two slices of Power Pizza, fruit, and a cold drink will be served to all campers.
Extended Morning Care & Aftercare: *Morning Care will take place in the library from 8:00 to 9:00. *Aftercare will take place on the Nichols’ Playground from 3:00 to 4:00 A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for campers not picked up by 4:00 P.M.

Absences/Changes: A deposit of 50% of the total camp fees must accompany the registration form. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may pay on-line. Camp groups are staffed based on enrollment. Therefore, changes made to your child’s registration must be made two weeks prior to the registered day. A fee of $50 per camper will be charged for any changes made after the above-mentioned date.
