Steven Barclay

Steve was elected as the Member of Parliament for North East Cambridgeshire on May 6th 2010, securing over 50% of the vote and a majority of 16,425. Soon after taking his seat in Parliament, Steve was elected by fellow MPs as a member of the Public Accounts Select Committee, responsible for scrutinising public expenditure. Outside politics, Steve lives in his constituency in March, Cambridgeshire with his wife Karen and daughter Amelie. He enjoys rugby and is a qualified skydiver.
